The female staffs i had contact with were great, very lovely to talk to; room was very clean, but the small bathtube could be challenging for people with reduced mobility. The location is great which was also a problem of noise , all the party goers and road construction at night kept me awake; ongoing noises of water pipes and toilet flushing from neighbouring rooms were also a boomer.

As always every time we stay here it is a good safe and convenient option when in Madrid

The staff at reception desk were kind and polite. The room was very clean and had a modern decor. The location is amazing. Amazing old building and elevator. For the price and location it was definitely worth it. Some minor things I didn’t like- water was leaking from the shower at night which was really annoying. Bathroom was tiny and the door closing inwards meant really limited space. Also no shelf in the bathroom to keep toiletries. Room was really small for three people (2 adults and one teen). I could hear lots of noise from the outside of the room in the morning. No kettle available.

Recomiendo este Hostal 100%, las personas encargadas de la recepcion son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Las habitaciones muy limpias y hay mucha seguridad lo que hace tu estancia muy cómoda y agradable. Otro aspecto es que está localizada en un punto donde tienes todos los lugares de interés muy cerca. Yo repetiré mi viaje y llegaré a este Hostal las veces que viaje a Madrid

O quarto tinha tudo novo, a equipe foi cordial e a localização é ótima. Não dou 5 estrelas porque houve algumas coisas simples que deixaram a desejar, mas de resto é tudo muito bom.

Todo recién pintado, limpio, de tamaño adecuado.

Desde Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 El persona de recepción y la comunicación es maravillosa. La limpieza es muy buena. Limpian a diario. La cama súper cómoda. La ubicación es lo mejor. Cerca de todo y con todo lo necesario al rededor. A minutos de la Gran Vía, estaciones de Bus y trenes.
