櫃檯沒有會說英文的人員，語言不通有些不方便。但地點非常好，鄰近地鐵和觀光景點，去哪裡都很方便，附近也可以逛街。

Otelin konumu harici hiçbir iyi yanı yok. Resepsiyon kısıtlı saatlerde , anahtar veriliyor ama anahtarlar sokak kapısını ya da yukarı kapıyı doğru düzgün açmıyor çünkü her şey çok eski. Üç kişi denedik aşağı girişi açmak için. Geç gelince sıkıntı oluyor zil basmak zorunda kaldığımızda beş karış suratla karşılanıyorsunuz normal zamanda bile bir selam veren yok. Bina eski. Gece çok soğuk gündüzden odanın pencerelerini açık bırakıyorlar gece ısınmak bilmiyor hasta olduk resmen. Bir daha tercih etmem .

The room is clean with make up service every day. With fridge equipped. The bathroom is overall very clean although slightly old. The room space is quite sufficient for a three-bed. Air conditioner is strong enough.

Great hostel on a great location. Kind staff, my room clean, I received new towels every day and my room was on the patio side (4th floor), which was very quiet at night. The hostel is also really close to the metro, stores, restaurants and many touristic interests.

Clean room kept comfortable with a fan. Great location on a pedestrian street off Gran Via. Felt very safe with three keys for building outer door, entrance to hostel, and entrance to room. Would definitely stay again.

Hostal Los Alpes had a nice clean cheery room for us, very well appointed: we had mini microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, three ceramic cups, three glasses, coffee, tea and even condensed milk with mini muffins and candies. There was a mini safe in the wardrobe (that we did not use).The receptionist was helpful, the cleaning lady was making our beds every day and even did our laundry per request (10 euros). Location was pretty good, in the walkable center and right next to Gran Via metro station and bus stops (buy a tourist transportation card, it is very convenient) . The street itself is lined with shops, and there are more of them on Gran Via. Warning: the street is converted to a walkable only, so taxis/Uber may bring you to a parallel street and let you out to find your way to the actual place. We had to cross from this street through a small lane on the left side to Fuencarral street proper, and the location is a kitty corner from Victoria's Secret store. Another warning: if you are taller than 6 ft, the beds and bathtub may feel small for you. In general, we liked the place and would stay there again.

Cuartos cómodos y limpios. Local super bien hubicado. Cerca de todo. Tiendas y restaurantes a poca distancia caminando.

Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio, lo unico a mejorar son las camas que estan demasiado suaves, te hundes.

Nothing!!First Day We Gotten to The Hotel Room the Bathroom Curtain was With Blo- - Stains as Well of One of the Pillows in My Bed and 2 of The Bathroom Tower With Yellow Stains and Brown Stain, The Air Conditioner in The Room Was Not Working, Call One of the Managers Name Sandra to Let Her Know About Everything in The Room and She Keep Saying Sorry and She Didn’t Know Why Those Stains of Blood Were There or Why The AC Was Not Working,That Night After We Return from Been Out the AC Was Not Working Again At This Time We Ring a Bell That is There in The Reception To Let Someone Know that AC Was Not Working No One Respond and Me And My Daughter When To Sleep Without No AC. By The Way Was Extremely Hot in Madrid, Also When I Reserved With You Guys I Pick a Double Twin Room That Shows in There Pictures That Have a Balcony, Well The Room Had a Window, They Explain to Me That the Rooms That Had a Balcony Were 3 Twins Beds.That Is Not What They Advertise in Your Page!!! I’m Very Upset and Disappointed That I Made Reservations at Hostal Los Alpes 17 Fuencarral Room 9, Madrid Spain. And Then With Expedia Don’t Know How You Do Business With Them, They Treat Me and My Daughter With A Horrible Attitude No Customer Service! Skills This Was A Nightmare!! My Vacation Was Ruin!! I Will Advise Customers Not To Rent There!

Location couldn’t be better. Just 2 minutes from La Gran Vía. Close to public transportation. Walking distance to Plaza del Sol, and other landmarks The Chueca neighborhood offers great restaurants. The tons are confortable and clean. We choose private bathroom. Was a great stay!

Genial. El hostal está equipado con todo lo necesario y la ubicación es estupenda junto a la Gran Vía. El internet va muy bien. El baño pequeño pero limpio y con todo lo necesario (papel higiénico, sobrecitos de champú y gel de baño, pastilla de jabón,…)

Allt var toppen förutom att fjärrkontrollen till AC:n inte fanns i rummet. Morgonen därpå fick vi den efter förfrågan. Borde legat i rummet direkt i och med att AC var definierat i bekvämligheterna. Litet säkerhetsskåp i garderoben som inte var fastsatt, hade bara varit att bära med sig. I övrigt var allt toppen, fräscht rum med tomt kylskåp. Otroligt centralt läge på bra shoppinggata. Vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka till detta hotell.

FIRST:=The double room given to me was less the international size it was arroune2.7*3.0=8.1square meter= total area including mini bathroom*shower are the Mini bathroom was size of 1.8*1.1 ,meter only Also the bed size was queen size 1.4*2.1 meter and not double bed size 1.6*2.1 W.C. has three TOOLS inside. Which no human can use the Wc chair, your both leges cannot suit the chair position you should side sitting only. I requested to change room, but reception refused due to no place in hostel. the inner room has small window. all night outside door hinges for hangers rusted and very load notice. the rooms wall is soundless and no isolation very thin, each door leaf shutting is very loud. The AC unit not working at all since not in season, no notes book to explain the emergency cases .no English langue services from reception, no fire detective devices were notice inside the rooms, no garbage bin inside the Wc, no cooling device inside the room manly two plates two big plates, and two glasses and tea glasses, oven and bread toaster and bottle cattle with 2 forks ,2 one-two knifes ,one wine bottle opening one big sizer. the inner elevator four people capacity reach from ground floor up to the middle level per ech floor you need 10 steps then to reach your front door. You need three keys to enter the building and floor level and your room.no any services provided to the clinet.no answer or reply. THE money value for a such tinny /micro room is extremely high.

A localização é imbatível. Hotel simples, mas muito bem localizado, fica numa rua com diversas lojas e está muito perto da Grand Via, da estação do metrô e tem acesso à linha de ônibus gratuita 001. O quarto tem chaleira, um pequeno frigobar e um micro-ondas que facilitam a vida do turista. A Marieta foi muito atenciosa e prestativa.

I had a fantastic 7 days stay in this hostel. The hostel is only a couple of minutes walk from Gran Via metro. Excellent location for transport links, shops, restaurants and central tourist attractions. I had a very nice room in the hostel with air con, ceiling fan, radiator, microwave, fridge, tv, shower and sink. The room was cleaned on a daily basis including fresh towels. Really impressive! Also, a double window to a court yard area so had some natural sunlight which was welcoming. The hostel occupies the fourth floor of an old building. There is a lift and although the building is on a very busy shopping street, my room was peaceful and quiet. I would certainly recommend this hostel for a stay in Madrid.
