Excellent people!!!

Convenient for the airport but that’s about it. Receptionists don’t speak a word of English, we asked for a family room a double and a double with single occupancy bug ended up with 3 doubles which didn’t work for us.

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits, plage, restaurants, supermarchés tout près de l hôtel, et à 6 min en voiture de l aéroport. Le personnel est très sympa et nous à donné de très bonnes adresses.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights after completing a section of the Camino Norte. The property was conveniently priced and located. We enjoyed our stay here.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The location was good and, although not next to it, the old town was very walkable from the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had no issues.

La recepción muy bien, nos han estado esperando y la dueña muy amable, pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas no hay ni donde poner una cuna por lo que el servicio de cunas no esta disponible. Todo se escucha no he descansado nada porque cada rato se oye algo, en mi habitación para ducharme tenía que esperar un buen rato para que me salga agua caliente, y en el secundo día es que no la había directamente

Este hostal es una buena elección si vas a Santander y andas justo de presupuesto, es muy caro el alojamiento en la ciudad. Lo mejor de todo es que renuncias a poco con ello: El único inconveniente que le veo son las toallas, que tienen manchas del desgaste y necesitan una renovación. Por lo demás: habitación amplia, cama cómoda, baño correcto, personal amable,... Tiene un salón con microondas, cubiertos y vasos para traer tu propia comida y hay un Mercadona cerca. La ubicación no es un problema. Está algo lejos del centro pero tiene parada por donde pasan autobuses al centro, al Palacio de la Magdalena y a las playas.

Lady who helped us check in was absolutely lovely. Room was small but very neat and clean.

Although check in seemed a little confusing at first - You just need to go to the first floor and knock one of the two doors that open to reception eventually. After that it was quite easy to check in. The place was very clean it was reasonably priced and the people they were very friendly. There was a salon where you could make tea / coffee heat up meals in the microwave if you wish and a a table to sit at with cutlery plates et cetera provided.

No saqué fotos pero el grifo estaba lleno de moho y la bañera con óxido ..las lámparas de luz y el ventilador lleno de polvo como si no lo hubieran limpiado nunca. La señora Lucy es muy pesada, no para de hablar ni cuándo los clientes tienen que dormir. Luego me dijo que el último día podía irme cuando quisiera y era. Las 12:30de al mediodía y ya me estaba tocando para que me fuera, no se acuerda de lo he dice. No tiene credibilidad.

Very very expensive €80 for a small double bed for 1 night. No air con and it was 30* all day so the room was way too hot all night to sleep. Neon signs outside window lighting up room, really noisy main road outside and uncomfortable bed. The room was very small too. We felt totally ripped off.

Había algo en la cama que me genero picaduras en toda la piel expuesta.. Cuello, brazos, tobillos y pies. Tengo más de 30 picaduras. La dueña me dijo que sería por algo que he comido y me recomendó que me hiciera una analítica... Las reacciones alérgicas dan en todo el cuerpo, no solo en las zonas que no cubre el pijama.

Habitación antigua y no muy limpia, la tele no funcionaba

Staff are very helpful and friendly! And near the port where you can have fresh seafood!

Quick and easy checkin/out. Small but had a fridge :). Not all rooms face the docks.

One of the best I've stayed in anywhere!fantastic room!bit noisy!with busy street outside!but no problem for me!coffee nepresso in room!plus small kitchen on landing!Great shoer !always hot!staff again excellent and extremely efficient!especially nicky!!top lady!plus other lady who i didn't hear her name!Thanks for a fantastic 5days!highly recommended!

A basic hotel room. A view of the port. Very noisy with the window open. Useful kitchen for guests to use. Microwave and coffee maker.
