Location location

Todo bien solo que no es como se ve, el baño dentro del cuarto, NO TIENE TECHO, por lontanto solo estas separado por una pared.

What is missing in the hostal is air conditioner

La habitación n9 es espaciosa, pero la cama un poco incómoda. El baño necesita un mantenimiento, el wáter se mueve, el soporte de la alcachofa se mueve y la puerta del baño no cierra con lo que no hay intimadad alguna

Habitación normal siendo un hostal. Nos cobraron 12€ por dejar las maletas y mochilas en consigna de 11:00 a 13:00 (2€ por bulto).

Excelente facilidad, personal muy amable. La habitación muy limpia. No tiene aire acondicionado pero con los abanicos se duerme bien, el ares es fresca y no se siente el calor.

Fantastic location

Location is great! Great view! Only thing i didn't like is that there was no AC only a ceiling fan and it was super hot! Opening the balcony windows worked a little bit. It is a busy and load location to be at. But it was great for the price!

The place is in the heart of city center and walkable to all the tourist spots in Madrid. The rooms were clean and host was also cordial to us the entire stay. She also helped with late check in.

Very expensive and very basic with shared toilet. Not at all what we expected from booking. Quite rude service although they didn’t have what we booked and expected. Would recommend other people to stay away. Price almost 3 times what would be fair.

La atención del personal y la limpieza son excelentes. La único que las paredes son finas y se escucha el ruido

Near everything and easy access!

El hostal está en buena zona ,super céntrico y todo muy cerca . Trato por parte del personal muy cercano y genial de precio para estar donde está ,tampoco le vendría mal una pequeña renovación. Lo malo ,es que para subir/bajar solo hay un pequeño ascensor para el edificio entero, y siempre toca esperar , y además mucho ruido del bar que está en la última planta ,música y gente chillando hasta las últimas horas de la noche

Not clear with amenities and bathrooms situation (like sharing toilets) person that cleans is the one that greets you ,very unprofessional….

Durante mi estancia de tres noches estuvo muy bueno. El servicio excelente. La señora que nos recibió muy buena y servicial. La limpieza de la habitación excelente. Solo una recomendación a futuras: que añadan a ciertas habitaciones que puedan un aire acondicionado para el tiempo de verano que hay mucha calor. Gracias a Dios que durante mi estancia estuvo fresquito y la pase bien con mis hermanitos.
