Where to begin. The outside looks great then you get into the actual building. It starts off with no lighting in the hallways. Once getting to my room we encountered a Smokey, cold dwelling with hints of dog or other animal. I attempted to view our non-functional TV moving on to our patio impeded by plastic lounge chairs stacked up to the ceiling . Making our way to the bathroom we encountered someone’s underwear left on the floor from the last occupant, no soap or shampoo and a wet floor of stagnant water. We made our way to the hard spring mattress, as I laid my head on the paper-thin pillow the feeling of concern over personal safety washed over me quickly and I decided to place a chair in front of the door. I tried contacting Expedia to get out of there but the reservation was non-refundable so I drank myself to sleep. Naturally, I’m a light sleeper in this type of environment so I woke up several times between 11-2 when the paper thin walls could not contain the sound of neighboring residents arguing in the hallway. Worst place I’ve stayed in in my whole life.
