I love the cleaning lady, she deserves a promotion because she's the one that made the stay like a breeze with how kind she is. She should be the supervisor.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve done the Camino on a few occasions. Where to start?
The building is beautiful with exposed old stone it just looks gorgeous.
The beds are very comfortable. The pods give you privacy and the bag locker is a good idea. The curtain gives you privacy and also blocks out the light, which is great because I’m light sensitive
The check in was so easy, they just give you a card you can let you in with at any time. And when it gave me trouble at 11 at night, a member of staff was able to come and easily fix it.
The hostel was so clean. The kitchen / private area was great and it was nicely decorated.
The bathrooms were heavenly. The water pressure and temperature were like you were in a hotel and they felt very private.
The location was amazing, right next to the cathedral
A real steal for only €15, honestly not sure how they do it

Gracias a que estaba la chica de la limpieza que fue muy amable, Mey, nos pudimos aclarar con la entrada. Además de que lo tenía todo muy limpio y fue muy amable.
Lo peor es que este sitio no es nada recomendable para peregrinos. Además muchas cortinas rotas en las camas y el aire acondicionado a tope. Que no hay nadie para poder pedir que lo suban porque estamos congelados. Un sitio bien ubicado pero raro y con fallos.

Foi bom, o hostel é muito bem situado, local realmente incrível. As acomodações são legais e a atendente é simpática. Mas por desorganização do hostel, fui acordada no meio da madrugada, por outro hóspede que foi destinado à mesma cama que eu. Essa confusão de camas aconteceu 2 dias seguidos. No primeiro dia, a cama destinada à mim não possuia chave no armário, então troquei de cama, com a aprovação da recepcionista, que anotou na planilha, minha nova cama. Mesmo assim tive essa situação desagradável. Outro fator negativo foi que a cozinha ficava cheia de alimentos sobre a mesa, que outros hóspedes deixaram para trás, mas não havia nenhum monitoramento nisso, tendo inclusive comida podre. Fora esses pontos, minha estadia foi boa e a cidade é linda! O hostel oferece um chopp de brinde, o que é muito simpático.
