Algunos desconchones por la humedad en el baño que podían quitar bien y pintar bien. Pero vaya... Bien la habitación para quien le guste el estilo antiguo. El colchón un poco duro. Y lo muy muy malo, que se oían los suspiros en la siesta y los ronquidos (esto peor), por la noche a través del conducto del aire acondicionado. ¡Muy a mejorar! Escasa insonorización del pasillo a las habitaciones, con lo que al levantarse gente para salir temprano al Camino, hay mucho ruido. Sin personal y sólo un teléfono de asistencia desde las ocho de la noche por si pasa algo... Por lo demás, en el centro centro, madera, bonito. Bien.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, aunque necesita alguna reforma. El servicio de recepción (Laura) es excelente, aunque se tiene que tragar más de un sapo. Aire acondicionado estropeado en alguna habitación (aunque te la intentan colocar).

Todo genial en el hotel, tanto la atención como los servicios

El hotel está genial. Muy tranquilo pero en todo el centro, al lado de la catedral y se puede descansar bastante bien. Muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Además, la habitación es muy bonita. Un sitio muy bueno para un par de noches porque la habitación no es muy grande Solo una pega, no hubo forma de que funcionará el aire acondicionado y acabando julio y con ola de calor fue un problema.

El personal de recepcion muy atentos y amables.

The hotel is a fantastic location. Close to everything. Excellent restaurants and bars and sites within walking distance . Lovely friendly staff . Nothing too much trouble . Breakfast was okay , basic but sufficient.

Hotel è centrale molto comodo per visitare la città. Personale gentile. Pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Clean.Safe area with great Asian food next door

The hotel is luxury decorated and definitely comfortable. The rooms is big with a large bathroom and a seperate place to relax. We could even place and load our e-bikes in a closed room. However the entry procedure outsed opening hours( we arrived at 4:25 PM) is lousy and does not fit to the rest of the place. The intercom did not work. When ee phoned the indicated number a guy, coffing al the time, was quite harsh and unkind. This service can be improved.

Appreciated the early check-in, thank you for granting access since it was available! The room was large and comfortable, just had to be careful of the sloped ceiling since it was on the topmost floor just under the roof. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, think it might need to be changed, cos it sinks in quite a lot when sitting on it.

Central location, but only a street back from the main st. Quirky charm and very nice staff.
