La ubicación

Paredes de papel. Toda la noche oyendo los ronquidos del vecino. Horrible.

Hotel sem elevador; apesar de constar a existência de estacionamento, foi-nos dito que não havia vagas (mesmo não havendo muitos hóspedes). Café da manhã muito fraco: pouca variedade e ausência de ovos. O rapaz da recepção foi muito solicito e simpático, nos ajudando com informações sobre a cidade e os pontos turísticos. O hotel fica um pouco longe do centro antigo, portanto, não indicado para quem tem limitações de locomoção.

No tiene ascensor

This is a Basic hotel, spent 1 night. It clearly Needs some upgrading and updates. Location was adequate, 15 minutes to city center walking through the neighborhood streets. Located near El Corte Inglés as you enter Granada. Good location if you don’t want to drive through the messy city traffic. Hotel is on the first floor (second floor really by European standards) , no elevator requires to carry your own luggage up a flight of stairs. I was told at check in the Hotel offers onsite parking for 18 euros. I over heard the front desk staff telling another guest the hotel was 16 euros. I pointed out the difference and was told it’s due to the different pricing on hotels.com vs. at the front desk. I was offered the lower pricing after I brought it up but I ended up parking at a public garage nearby. I’d say price/room quality is not worth it but probably okay for just one night.

Estuvimos una sola noche. La habitación y baño estuvieron muy buenos. El desayuno bien también. El inconveniente es la falta de ascensor para subir y bajar las valijas

el personal fue lo mejor, los baños bien equipados y lo mejor que está muy céntrico y cerca de todo

Correcto para un fin de semana.

Hotel non all’altezza di un 3 stelle. Camera piccola,problemi con la doccia e poca manutenzione dei sanitari. Il prezzo pagato ( 80 € a notte esclusa la colazione) è eccessivo. Si può sicuramente migliorare.

Es un hotel en la primera planta sin ascensor y al garaje se accede por una escalera de caracol estrecha. Está bien situado para ir a la catedral y al centro de la ciudad

Solo estuve una noche. La gente, en grupo, pasaba por los pasillos hablando muy fuerte a cualquier hora de la madrugada y dando portazos. Por lo demás bien.

Nos cambiaron al Hotel Reino de Granada por un problema de mantenimiento del Hotel Ana Maria, son de la misma cadena y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. Acogedor, limpio y los profesionales de recepción muy amables.

Das Hotel ist auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum gut erreichbar. Außerdem fahren Buslinien ins Zentrum Granadas. Treffen von Verwandten in der Stadt.Besuch der Altstadt. Tagesausflug mit dem Bus nach Almunecar. Leider waren keine Eintrittskarten für den Besuch der Alhambra zu bekommen. Obwohl wir uns morgens um 6 Uhr an der Kasse zum Eingang der Alhambra angestellt hatten. Da wir nur wenige Tage in Granada waren, haben wir einen weiteren Versuch Eintrittskarten zu kaufen, aufgegeben.

Más que un hotel de tres estrellas parece una pensión y encima sin ascensor. Muy caro para lo que es.

The top of the price range on the back of the door was half what we were charged by Orbitz. The hotel would be a good value for the advertised price so perhaps our issue is with Orbitz. You should like to walk (we do) since it's about 1K from the Cathedral area and much further to the Alahambra and old town, and parking in town is impossible. There is no information or help for tourists at the hotel so be sure to bring your own materials and map. Very clean. Restaurants nearby for breakfast. We didn't use the hotel cafe.

El hotel esta bien, pero algo caro para las prestaciones ofrecidas.

This hotel really doesn't deserve the star rating it holds. It is a bit rundown, the beds are hard, the staff non-attentive, doesn't have any major amenity and is far from anything interesting. We stayed here for a night and had to go looking for a better place to stay. Some other experiences: The front desk attendant could not offer us any ice when we requested some and the air conditioning not working did not help either. All rooms are on a second floor with a steep set of stairs to gain access to it.

スタッフの対応が良く、評価があまり高くない割には快適に過ごせた。部屋は広く、清潔感もあった。wifiも問題なく使えたし、観光地も徒歩圏内と良い事ばかりだった気がする。

No fue lo que yo esperaba pone de 3 estrellas y no llega ni a 2 me parecio un precio excesivo, el hotel nonlo merece

Comodo, pulito e con personale molto disponibile e cordiale.
