I would stay at this hotel again. Rome are very clean. Great customer service. The guy at the reception was very friendly, professional and helpful.
The area is great. Close to all the stores and restaurants.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, el personal es muy amable, te dan indicaciones de todo, cualquier duda te atienden, cercano a la Gran Via, puedes ver todo a pie, ademas de que puedes tomar el bus gratuito a media cuadra del hotel para poder moverte más fácilmente, aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas, lo menos que quieres es quedarte dentro, teniendo Madrid en todo su esplendor afuera.

We stayed 3 nights here. Considering the price and the great location it offers, i would say it's a good place for you to explore and enjoy in Madrid. However, if you are seeking a quite room and very a comfortable bed, this might not be your best option.

muy buena ubicacion en zona peatonal y segura. todas la tiendas para hacer compras estan a metros. muchas atracciones turisticas estan muy cerca. las instalaciones del hotel son limitadas, pero lo que tiene, esta en condiciones. la atencion del personal fue impecable.

Es un lugar estratégicamente ubicado cerca de todo. El área de la ducha del baño algo pequeña. Debería tener un espejo en la habitación fuera del baño. En general muy bueno.

I appreciated that it was close to all the attractions I wanted. However, there was a smell in the hotel and the room that never went away even with the window opened. Also, it was noisy. I could hear the neighbors and the people on the streets.
