Great hotel, wonderful staff and awesome location to“get lost in the streets Barcelona‘s old town“

Very dark finishes in this hotel. The lighting in the bathrooms is very low. Would have appreciated an ironing board and an iron in the room.

El hotel está muy deteriorado en cuanto a el cuarto. La comida era muy mala. Definitivamente no es un hotel de luxury como la altura de los otros en Andorra y otras partes de España.

This hotel is dark and depressing. We got the superior double and were put in a room on floor 1 which had a sliver of a window. Very sad and depressing - not how you want to enjoy Barcelona. When we asked for a better room we were told there were only suites left which they couldn't give us even though it was 10pm and no chance anyone else was going to arrive. The whole experience was uninviting. There are so many other places to stay in Barcelona that are light, welcoming, and make you happy. This hotel is the opposite! Avoid it.

Établissement de taille modeste très bien situé près des Ramblas et le marche de la Boqueria. Seule bémol, mais pas la faute de l'hôtel; les travaux très broyants pour refaire les Ramblas, même la nuit. Autres désagrément qui aurait pu nous coûter très cher : j'avais connecté un congélateur transportable sur roulettes dans la chambre pour conserver de produits alimentaires congelés. J'avais bien évidemment laissé une carte d'accès dans l'interrupteur électricité pour la conserver. La femme de ménage l'a enlevé !! Au retour de la chambre le congélateur affiché +10°C. J'aurait pu perdre pour 1000€ de marchandise (professionnel), mais heureusement je suis arrivé à temps pour l'éviter. Mais quelle idée de débrancher l'électricité quand manifestement le client en a besoin ?! Deuxième petit point de désagrément ; il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre à cause des bruits de travaux et de la ville et le clim était débranché. A part ça, tout était parfait. J'y retournerais quand même.

Viiden tähden hotelli jossa parempi huone hissin lähellä. Joka kerta kun hissi pysähtyy mihin tahansa kerrokseen kuulu pamaus kuin koku löisi naapurioven kiinni. Jouduin vaihtamaan hotellia koska olin meidän isoimmassa conferenssissa. Myös kirkko vieressä ja kellor kilkatti kaioan päälle yhtenä yönä. Ei misään nimessä 5 töhden hotelli. Hyvitys tuli lähdöstä ja 3 huonosti nukuttua yötä valituksen kanssa joka yö. Ehdotus huoneen vaihdosta vasta kun kerroin vaihtavani hotellia. Ei jatkoon, kolme tähteä.

I’ve stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world and this one is high up the list of the best. It’s small which makes it more private and personal and we got great service, great room, great breakfast and it’s very well located on the Rambla.

Hotel Bagués was outstanding. The hotel team were friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much. The room was perfect, great view of Las Ramblas and amazingly quiet once the doors were closed! The roof top bar area was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!
