Enjoyed everything in Barcelona. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were always willing to help and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very central, great spot!

We were in Barcelona one night before heading to a wedding down the coast. This was a great location to stay at and allowed us to make the most of our limited time in Barcelona. Close enough to walk to the Barcelona Cathedral, the waterfront, and La Ramble. We arrived from the U.S. early and the staff did their best to get us into a room as soon as one came available. Room was very quiet and comfortable. We were thankful for a good night sleep.

Beautiful hotel , centrally located for walking . Close to many shops and places to eat, drink or sightsee. The Hop on Hop Off Bus stops close to the entrance. Breakfast buffet for €16 , nice selection but waitress was not overly friendly but that could have been the language barrier. No pool of hot tub but that’s not as common as it is in other locations. Also , no faceclothes but again more a less common thing there . Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay again if we return to this area in future .

For a small charge, we were able to check in before noon, which was a relief after arriving on an overnight flight. The rooms were attractive, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We were surprised that Champagne and/or wine were included.

The hotel is located in a great spot and that’s a huge plus! The customer service was really outstanding and we appreciated their hospitality. The rooms are basic, beds comfortable, but be careful while showering because in our bathroom the water did collect on the stall floor but also splattered outside on the bathroom floor. We didn’t have breakfast or didn’t use the bar so no comments on it. Overall, if you are looking to stay in a beat clean hotel with basics to get a goodnight rest but spend whole day exploring the city, this is the spot for you.

The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and helpful during our stay. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Hotel was in a great location and easily walkable to many beautiful sights in the area.

Great hotel in the Gothic Quarter. Nice breakfast and very good staff. Within walking distance of man of the must see sites.

The customer service was lacking for a hotel. The rooms felt very un clean and house keeping was slow, no attention to detail and an overall general feeling of not caring. No plug in the bathroom, coffee not replenished etc. The beds and the pillows however were very comfy. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The proximity to the downtown core was a fantastic selling point of this hotel. Along with the friendliness and helpful staff it was the perfect destination for our stay in Barcelona. And our room had 2 balconies......how wild.

This is a charming little hotel in a great position just off Las Ramblas and convenient for shopping and attractions.. The staff noticed our arrival by taxi and came out to greet us and take our suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The decor was first class, with antique pieces in keeping with the colonial theme and very well done. Our ground floor room was ready for occupation at around 10.30 and we had a large room and enormous shower roof. Would have liked a shelf for our bits and pieces and some drawers but these were minor problems. The bar was good with a knowledgeable and competent bar man. I really liked the decor. Breakfast was good value but more 3* than 4* I felt. Despite the small niggles, I would recommend this hotel and we enjoyed our stay there.
