The shower in the room was blocked.and kept flooding the floor. Had to use towels to clean up everytime myself. Told the staff a few times, but they dine nothing to sort it

La verdad que íbamos con 0 expectativas del hotel, demasiado bonito para ser verdad … pues la verdad que hemos salido encantandos, desde la animación, hasta el servicio de comedor. Las animadoras fantásticas y el trato con los peques genial. Todo de 10, nosotros volveremos sin duda.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Best Lloret Splash. The hotel is located close to the beach, Lloret Castle and local shops. It also has Swimming pool and water park on site. Good size bedrooms and delicious food. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

As a family with many childern ages 2- 14 the children had a good time in the pools on the slides etc. However, there was a lack of activities, other than a game of water football once a day and a game of darts. There were pool tables there but that was it. Leaving the majority of the pre teens here to just run wild all day and evening. Evening entertainment wasnt all that great either same childs disco with 5 songs every night. And only outdoor.

L'hôtel est joli, plutot bien situé En revanche, les chambre sont très bruyantes, la literie est très dure et inconfortable. Les lits doubles sont petits. Nous sommes repartis fatigués et avec un bon mal de dos 😒 Les buffets proposes sont variés Les équipements de la piscine sont complets

Lovely staff and good food with all inclusive menu. Great pool with slides and lots of space. Easy walking distance to town and beach

Los toboganes son una pasada para grandes y pequeños! La habitación era espaciosa y moderna. En 10 minutos andando se está en la playa. Para repetir!

It was amazing because we had every day activities for the kids. The kids loved Miniklub. I recomand this hotel for families and especially for families with kids

IT WAS ONE OF THE HOTELS WE WHERE STAYING IN LORET DE MAR. THIS ONE HAD THE BEST FOOD, THE BEST ROOMS, AND GOOD LOCATION. ONLY WHAT NEED TO REFRESH IS WHATER SLIDES THEY LITTLE BIT TIRED. BUT IN TOTAL IS VERY GOOD. SO TOP OF HOTELS I VISITED 1 BEST LORET SPLASH 2 SAMBA 3 SURF MAR

The best is the water park fir the children. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean The food is ok but there's so much waste in the restaurant. They really need to think about imposing fines to guests who don't know how to use a buffet sensibly. People smoke everywhere outside and nobody challenges them. This was very annoying as I have young children.

Parking wird separat verrechnet und man bezahlt denn vollen Tag auch wenn man erst Abends in die Garage kann. Zimmer sehr hellhörig daher wird man oft wach in der Nacht.
