The staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. Check in was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. Great location. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Loved the hotel staff and location, breakfast was cold but they did provide a microwave.

Séjours convenable sans plus, la chambre pour 4 était petite, la piscine aussi pas très grande mais le personnel très bien le petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix.

L hôtel est bien située, grand spacieux, pour la cuisine pas assez de choix, sa pourrait être mieux et souvent tres bruyant.

Restauration très variée, très bien située (proche de la Plage, du centre et même du parc port aventura)

Das Hotel ist am Abend relativ ruhig, obwohl nahe vom Zentrum. Gute Lage, sehr nahe am Meer und Zentrum für Shopping/Restaurants/Bars. Einfacher, schneller Check-in. Zimmer aber sehr klein für 4 Personen, Klimaanlage direkt auf die Betten gerichtet. Wir mussten sie mit Tücher abdecken. Qualität des Essen mittelmässig, sehr laut und oft dreckig im Restaurant, Boden klebrig. Kleiner Pool-Bereich, Liegen meistens alle besetzt. Keine guten Menüs/Snacks bei der Bar, kein Gym. Alles in Allem aus unserer Sicht klar kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Salou überfüllt mit Touristen, Supermarkets mit Abzockerpreisen. Regelmässig wurde zu viel verlangt an der Kasse oder zu wenig herausgegeben. Man muss dies immer genau kontrollieren. Teilweise auch in Restaurants. Auch die Qualität der Speisen in den meisten Restaurants mangelhaft, überteuert und oft unhygienisch. Wir waren das 3. Mal in Salou, leider aber auch das letzte Mal.

I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction thank you very much and I will be coming back to the hotel very soon as the food and accommodation was beautiful thank you Caroline jenkins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Estupenda la estancia en el hotel . Lo único que mejoraría un poquito es el buffet

En general todo ha estado bien, como era de esperar en un hotel 4 estrellas de playa. La recepción correcta aunque eche en falta una sonrisa en el checking Las habitaciones limpias, camas grandes, el pasillo del final de la cama un poco justo. Tenía nevera, y una botella de agua de cortesía. El servicio agradable en general, comedor, camareras, limpiadoras… unos más amables que otros pero bien en general. Había actividades de animación, que aunque no hicimos uso de ellas se veían bien. Así que en general bien, sin llegar a ser excelente, Pero era lo que esperaba. Podría volver a ese lugar y recomendarlo.

Très bel accueil, literie confortable mais 2 lits 2 places côte à côte, dommage. Petit déjeuner varié.

Estacionamiento limitado

Very pleasant hotel, very clean with friendly, respectful staff. Rooms are very basic with extremely hard mattresses. There are no extras in the room, such as coffee/tea making facilities, and no iron or ironing board in any of the rooms. Air conditioning worked, but certainly wasn't cold or powerful enough.
