Hotel ok could have been Breakfast not great Coffee machine did not work

Weĺl appointed & recently renovated, traditional style hotel. Nearby cafes & patisseries available for breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a longer trip in Northern Spain. This hotel is very central to all amenities including shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful which made it a pleasant stay for us.

We walked into reception and didi not like the Hotel at all, right on the street plus it was surrounded by a lot of people not very nice looking. We ended up not staying there. Terrible !

Estacionar fue un desafío, quizás se podría entregar información antes de la llegada .

Muy bonita habitación, perfectamente situado, pero sobre todo una atención excepcional desde nuestra llegada (llegamos muy pronto dejando las maletas que amablemente nos llevaron a la habitación para nuestro regreso por la tarde..) a cualquier momento en que solicitamos algo. Excepcional.

El trato al cliente es maravilloso, las recomendaciones, la comida... No tengo queja alguna del sitio, y volvería sin dudarlo

Hotel has a great location. We only stayed one night and the air conditioner was not working properly

A very tasteful and stylish hotel which was spotlessly clean. Loved the understated but high quality simplicity of the interior. Breakfast at adjoining cafe was excellent. Sadly our stay was somewhat let down by the poor attention to requests by the front desk. We kindly asked for restaurant recommendations, hand soap and robes for one of the rooms. These were not dealt with and we had to ask again. We were never given any recommendations or hand soap and only one robe!! Disappointed also that part of a curtain in one of our two rooms was detached from the rail and looked quite unsightly. Pointed this out on arrival, was told they knew of it but was never fixed during our four night stay. Not great for a boutique hotel.

Estupenda acogida y atención por parte de recepción, inmejorable diría, hemos pasado la noche como en casa, total descanso y nada de ruido, apuntado queda para próximas veces!

Very nice hotel in a very nice community. The hotel is very well kept and the staff was wonderful.

We loved our stay at this quaint hotel. Lourdes made our visit exceptional. We enjoyed visiting with her and feel she went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.
