This seems to be 'the' place to stay for pilgrims on the Camino. The hotel itself was reasonably nice and clean. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly and helpful, and when we had an issue with the service handling our baggage transfers, they went out of their way to help us. We are so grateful for their dedication to their customers. It saved us

Basic accommodations for a Camino stay. The receptionist was attentive and took care of us. The rooms are noisy and our bedspreads had stains on them. The big long pillows were problematic, like wrangling a massive boa constrictor. One room did not have a blow dryer. Bar area nice, breakfast buffet good.

The room was very primitive .
Mattress was a nightmare with no support.
Sound insulation was terrible. I can hear snoring from adjacent room and of course when they went to washroom. Cannot sleep anymore after 7am because I could hear everyone walking along the corridor.
Breakfast was a very simple continental one.
