Amazing hotel!!!

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Asked about our preferences and really minded the details. Accommodating at every turn- from the front desk to the cleaning service. The hotel is beautiful and has every amenity you can imagine.

property was beautiful in a great location Housekeeping and bar staff were friendly and efficient there was a bit of a language barrier with the front desk stsf that caused some difficulties I would definitely stay there again

Most amazingly designed hotel, everything fits in the Seville theme from entrance to the rooms. We loved staying here and wish we had more time to spend inside!

This hotel was 5 star all the way. The staff was incredibly helpful with securing reservations for restaurants, taxis, etc. and because they are pet friendly, it made it that much better.

If we could give higher scores for this hotel we would. It’s the best place we’ve stayed at by far. The staff were amazing especially José at breakfast and Jairo who made amazing Pina Coladas although everyone went above and beyond. Our room was fabulous and we loved all the little touches. So much thought and care has gone in to making it a special place. It was the highlight of our trip to Seville.

Amazing small hotel, rooms weren’t massive but luxurious. Courtyards were splendid, roof top bar, lovely setting. Marco, the door man, super nice guy, very helpful & pleasant. Breakfast is a 5 course feast in one of the courtyards, location into main tourist points is 10min walk tiny street, quite fun to find initially. Really great hotel and service.

An amazing hotel.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. First of all it is very well located to Old Town and all of the sightseeing attractions. From the minute you arrive you are greeted with a very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, with lovely toiletries in a Spanish motif. We were even asked ahead of time what scent we would like in our room for our diffuser. I highly recommend the Don Ramon for your stay in Seville.

Third time staying here, another trip planned in July. Our absolute favorite.

Outstanding stay. Professional and friendly staff everywhere, a notch above. Excellent food and setting. Loved the roof top bar. Relaxed setting in the heart of it all. Walked to almost everything I wanted to see. Thanks to the team and I shall return.

The hotel is very beautiful inside and designed in Riad style and in a great location, but that's all it is. The room was very cramped and impractical. There was no space for suitcases, when you put one on the bench in the hallway it blocked the hallway cupboard, behind which there was a safetybox.The toilet/shower room was small, the cup-shaped sinks were too high and close together, 2 people couldn't brush their teeth at the same time. Because the sinks were too high, the water flowed down the elbows into the cupboard, wetting everywhere. The window had a view of the pit/inner courtyard, as if you were at the bottom of a well, you couldn't see the sun. Another downside was the breakfast, which you had to choose from a list, not buffet style. The minibar was large, and the staff was very friendly. The beds were the best I've slept in 20 years! I woke up in the morning in the same position I fell asleep in the evening. Sad that addind pic's is not possible in Hotels.com app.

This hotel has everything. Impossible to beat. Staff delightful and always willing to do more. I hope we find an excuse to come back
