Everything at the hotel Cervantes was great. Well definitely return.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spotless room. Excellent staff and service.Walking distance to town centre (5 minutes). Good breakfast.

Sometimes the menu was fresh, sometimes not. We stayed for 11 days and had breakfast everyday so we noticed the level of freshness on the buffet table. Staff was excellent and did the best they could. There was something weird about the AC setting - when it become too hot even at the lowest setting, we just turned everything off...

My worst experience ever, highly priced hotel with zero facilities, there were zero room amenities like no electric kettle, no iron, broken hair dryer, too smelly old fashioned toilet. Had to buy an air freshener to survive the toilets. We couldn’t sleep coz of noise outside the room.hotel is only charging high for its location. Other than that it’s a mess. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel bien situado, personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Habitación amplia, aunque algo antigua. Camas cómodas. Buen desayuno, servido con esmero.

Excellent cleanliness, pleasant, helpful, friendly staff

I loved my entire stay in Seville. The hotel offered cleanliness, great staff and good breakfast. Love its courtyard and how flexible they were when I asked if I could checked out an hour past my check out time. It is tucked away in a quiet street so it was a good place to sleep in. The housekeeing staff are also very efficient in making sure we have fresh towels and clean floors during our stay. I would highly recommend this place!

Las condiciones de la habitación han sido inmejorables, de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado dentro de Europa, tiene buenas condiciones para aislar el clima y el ruido. La barra de té y café 24 horas es de lo mejor en temas de servicio. El desayuno es aceptable y rico, vale totalmente la pena. El personal ha sido muy amable

O hotel tem um ambiente extremamente acolhedor. Sua característica mais marcante é sem dúvidas a ambientação mais clássica, porém, ao mesmo tempo moderna. O charme é o quintalzinho onde tem as mesinhas para tomar um café enquanto conversa. O quarto era bem amplo, cama confortável e banheiro bem limpo. O café da manhã era delicioso, e ainda deixam uma máquina de café disponível durante todo o dia para os hóspedes utilizarem. O hotel fica bem no centro, ótimo para fazer tudo a pé. A equipe foi extremamente simpática. Sem dúvidas recomendo que se hospedem nesse hotel quando visitarem Sevilla.
