Great hotel in an amazing position, Staff is great and helpful.

I spent 3 night at this hotel at the end of July. As it was my first time in Barcelona, I was looking at a hotel that was close enough to the center and yet next to the beach. This hotel’s location was great, walkable distance from the main attractions and the city center, 2 mins walking from the metro and very close to Barceloneta. The room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was great with loads of options. Gym was also a perfect add on and the staff was simply super polite and knowledged. I would definitely be back!

I have to say they had the best black out curtains I’ve ever had! I love a dark room.

Room was huge and amazing

This an excellent location within walking distance of all of the tourist shops and restaurants and bars without all the noise of the tourists. It is very close to the metro to get to the beach within a few stops and close to the park. Although adjacent to a busy street the traffic noise was not a huge bother at night. The shower was great and I made use of the small gym. The only down side were the noisy guests staying on my floor. I could hear doors slamming and guests arguing and babies crying throughout the night but the hotel can’t really do anything about guest and their respect and self-awareness of others.

Hotel Ciutadella is perfectly located, minutes from the beach, the zoo, the Gothic quarters and La Rambla. It’s on a busy avenue but the windows are soundproof so no noise issues. The lobby is stylish and modern, the staircase is wide and nice, it allows you to see more of the building architecture.

Staff was fantastic and our stay was wonderful. Clean facility, perfect location, quiet room. The breakfast for lovely.

Hotellet har ett perfekt läge i stan, så mysigt att promenera till la Rambla därifrån! 15 minuters promenad ungefär. Personalen var fantastiska både vid incheckning samt att man blev visad till deras P-hus. Frukosten var god med! Tack så mycket, hit kommer vi tillbaka 😍

Hotel was decent. Great location in terms of being near great restaurants and key monuments but relatively noisy if you keep your windows open. Also room was small and bathroom smelled a bit so we kept it closed. Otherwise excellent staff and clean room.

Friendly and helpful staff

Super friendly reception, and overall good hotel located perfect. Close to the beach and over the street is ”El Born” full of great bars and restaurants. Walking distance to cathedral and Plaza Catalunya.

The staff were very helpful and attentive and the hotel was very well located and very clean

Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen Innenstadt und Strand und ist gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sauber und auf einem guten Stand. Für unseren Geschmack waren die Zimmer trotz Deluxe Zimmer etwas zu klein und die Klimaanlage hatte zu wenig Power. Generell würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
