Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very local an fresh. Convenient location to every attractions and restaurants by just walking.

Mycket sköna sängar, fint rum och badrum, rent och fint, nära till allt. Brydde sig om gästerna, hade en parkeringsöverenskommelse med p-garage tvärs över gatan. Smidigt att ta sig dit. Enkel frukost, toast, marmelad, pastejer, ägg och pannkaka.

Fint til enkelt overnatning, ligger godt

The hotel is well located, close to everything, the room is clean, breakfast is ok, but the staff is the most important thing here in this hotel, very friendly, they treat you like family, I will miss them.

Adoramos o hotel, boa localização, a receptividade, a atenção, a comida…. Tudo maravilhoso. Mais do que recomendo…..

Chambre et établissement très propre et confortable, personnel très accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner. Idéalement placé au centre et au calme pour visiter ronda. Stationnement gratuit possible dans les rues environnantes.

Staff are wonderful. The hotel and cafe are charming and comfortable, though a tad spare, like a historic inn. Breakfast is a set menu served to you by the staff in the cafe: quite filling and delicious. Only drawback is street noise from about 6:30 to 23:30, as the location is close to the main tourist area. With that caveat, highly recommended.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage an der Plaze de la Merced ist hübsch, und nach kurzem Laufweg (550 m) ist man schon auf der Puente Nuevo mit Blick in die malerische Schlucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachterrasse, was wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen würden, denn auf den "Balkonen" der tieferen Stockwerke kann man nicht sitzen. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank, und das Bett war bequem. Die Damen am Empfang sprachen nur wenig Englisch, aber irgendwie hat die Verständigung auch ohne wirkliche Spanischkenntnisse funktioniert. Frühstück wurde im zugehörigen kleinen Café serviert mit einigen Extras wie Spiegelei, frischem O-Saft, verschiedener Streichwurst, Tostadas und zum Abschluss noch ein warmer Pfannkuchen mit Schokocreme - toll! Das Parken auf der anderen Seite der Plaza ist im Grunde gut (13 € als Hotelgast). Aber als wir hinkamen, hieß es "completo", und es gab eine Absperrung. Als wir etwas ratlos in der Einfahrt standen, kam eine Dame vom Parkhaus und meinte, wenn wir im Hotel Colón wohnen, sollten wir an der Absperrung vorbeifahren und ein Ticket ziehen. Das sollte man wissen - also ggfs. an der Schranke unten jemanden fragen bzw. Bescheid geben dass man Hotelgast ist.

The room was clean and well property is well located. The breakfast was excellent. Great coffee and prompt service even though they were busy. The walls are thin . We could hear everything from the room next door. They were quiet at night so it wasn’t a big problem for us but it could be an issue for some travellers. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Loved this hotel - very simple and traditional in a good location. Only problem we arrived at night and parked in the street (luckily free) as could not find the car parking we had reserved. Receptionist did not understand our query about the parking.

Ich fühlte mich so herzlich willkommen und habe das köstliche Frühstück im Café des Hauses sehr genossen . Exzellent waren die vielen Tipps, natürlich die Lage gleich am Park und vor der Altstadt. Die Puente Nuevo war fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen . Bahnhof & Busbahnhof in 5-10 min zu Fuß.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was served - you got what they gave you - but included 2 giant pieces of toasted bread, a fried egg, a little pancake with Nutella spread, coffee, & orange juice. Plenty to start your day!

Hotel estilo pousada, antigo mas limpo, fica bem ao lado da Igreja Nossa Sra de La Merced onde tem o estacionamento por 13 EUROS com o carimbo do Hotel. O quarto era pequeno e tinha acesso a uma linda varanda. Hotel é perto dos pontos turístimos (800 metros no máximo) e fomos a pé. O café era demorado porque eles faziam os pães quentes e ovos na hora assim como o café com leite quente.
