Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage. Das Essen war sehr gut und ein sehr freundliches Personal.

Room was spotless, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, facilities were amazing. Only issues I had was 1) cleaning staff were extremely loud on a morning and 2) hospitality staff didn't setup our table for my special birthday as requested by my dad. They did however setup the day after and provide witha free bottle of bubbly. Would definitely reccommend

Beautiful hotel - the layout was huge with large amounts of greenery and lovely plants everywhere.

Et flott hotell med alle fasiliteter, men som dessverre har noen minussider. Flere av servicepersonelle har meget liten engelskkunnskaper og ingen av poolrestaurantene hadde enkle lunchretter, så det ble noen turer til byen og på Spar for noe enkelt og vi var defintivt ikke alene om å mene dette.

Flott beliggenhet på rommet. Vennlig og service innstilt personale på hotellet.

Hotel bello, pieno di verde internamente e stanze confortevoli. Putroppo le stanze esposte a nord sono poco illuminate e le piscine frequentate da famiglie sono rumorosissime, impossibile riposare di pomeriggio. La sera volumi alti dei locali nei dintorni. Inoltre per mangiare "alla carta" si spende 30 EUR a testa + bere. Non c'è nemmeno la possibilità di scegliere stanza a sud o nord. Puerto Mogan sembrava piu tranquillo e piu spazioso.

Very pleasant Hotel . The restaurant by the pool was excellent, food so delicious.

This hotel is a dream. It has everything you can wish for located in a paradise resort. The botanical garden is in itself a marvel surrounding the various swimming pools. There is a gym, bowling alley, diving club, tennis, billiard, hiking on the hill at the back of the hotel with exceptional views. The breakfast buffet is diverse, fresh and even has a gluten free/vegan option with various smoothies. It is close to the beach where you can snorkel among coloured fish in the beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is entertainment in the evening and various restaurants in the hotel itself. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with courtyards that have waterfalls, beautiful trees & flowers. The staff are very friendly and professional and you even have free indoor parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as the best hotel on the island.

Très joli établissement, verdoyant, bien placé, petit déjeuner garnis et complet . Belle piscine . Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour en famille .

Beautiful hotel, photos don't do it justice. There are over 450 species of plants, there is so much to look at. Every day you find a new beautiful plant that you hadn't seen previously. Rooms are super spacious, cleaning was fabulous. Breakfast had loads of choice. Animation team were great and really looked after the kids and made the adults feel involved too. Personally I wish there was more on for adults, more activities and the evening entertainment ended quite early. I would recommend going during their fiesta del Carmen last week of July and first week of August - you get to experience the local culture. Tourist tended to be more Spanish than English which I hadn't experienced before at other canary island hotels. Bowling is fantastic too, make use of it. A shame the spa isn't included as part of the price

Loved the hotel, entertainment was amazing. Not enough personnel, but service from ones there was truly amazing.

some of the hotel is a bit dated but staff are so lovely and architecture is beautiful. buffet breakfast is so worth it 10/10. bit of construction going on near the property. bus stop nearby and beach/restaurants in mogan are very close, cutest little town for a chilled getaway with great food!!

Great location - just a short walk to restaurants, beach & harbour. Hotel generally well kept, good size rooms, with balcony (we were in a pool view) It’s large property amongst tropical gardens - you could almost get lost walking around! Plenty of facilities, more than we would need. Breakfast was very good, the choice was vast and fresh. (We did have dinner there so can’t comment) The staff are friendly and helpful. Great stay with friends.

Hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly. Hotel was very clean apart from cat poo smell by the lifts which is not their fault as they look after the stray cats there. Hotel room was so lovely with balcony with green grass and facing the pool, I felt very lucky to have the room although I paid for the cheapest with Expedia Vitality discount. I enjoy sitting on the balcony reading as I like my space, felt perfect. My only dislike, and pet hate are buffets where people are fighting for the food. I went to the buffet helping my 80 year old mother that can not walk well or see well. People were pushing. I hated going to dinner and found myself regretting going half board. The restaurants by the beach are only 10 min walk with fresh fish and drinks and wonderful service. The hotel needs to do something about the buffet, one reason I would not go to that hotel again. But I would consider Cordial self catering apartments.

O Hotel é incrível, a localização é excelente, o cafe da manhã é perfeito, o jantar também foi de alta qualidade com grandes variedades. O Hotel no geral é muito limpo e organizado. A limpeza diária dos quartos precisa melhorar, estivemos no Hotel por 6 dias e infelizmente a limpeza dos quartos deixava a desejar, chão empoeirado e xícaras de cafe deixadas sujas. Mas no geral o hotel é excelente.

Beautiful design. Awesome flora and fauna throughout. Superb dining. A special place.
