I met up with friends at the cuco hotel for 3 nights. I had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and just right for one person.the staff like balinda and her colleagues on reception were so helpful and accommodating to our requests very friendly. The breakfast had a really good selection to chose from.would stay here again. Thank you cuco.....

Room was very small , beds hard with only one pillow each . The shower had a long dark hair left from previous occupants. Safe didn’t work nor did phone in room . Breakfast was a big surprise so much choice and all looked good.

Cleanliness of the rooms could have been a lot better, did not meet minimal standards. You can hear neighbouring rooms but thankfully this did not disturb us in the night sleeping. The rooftop pool was nice although the bar did not open at the time it said it would - did not visit again to check. Hotel is 15min walking distance to old town Benidorm so good location although immediate area is very much for Spanish residents so can be challenging for communicating.

Well situated a short walk (8 minutes) to the beach and the old town. A good friendly hotel would definitely stay here again

Room was very spacious and this time I got a balcony. No entertainment at the night so had to travel all the way to New town. Hotel cuco is located in old town. Okay if you're not going out with children

The hotel is in a relatively quiet area, which was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I booked a deluxe double room with balcony, which was a good size, and the bed very comfortable. Decent size shower room, with good shower. My only negative comment was that breakfast finished at 10am on the dot. Everything is whipped away, and coffee machines etc switched off. They then repeatedly switched the lights on and off to encourage you to leave. The restaurant buffet served a good variety of food. The desserts were a bit on the synthetic side, but plenty of fruit on offer.

Olor horroroso a humedad y a cerrado en las habitaciones, muy ruidosos los vecinos, la comida muy básica y sin sabor. No entiendo los comentarios de otros viajeros. Muy malas experiencia, no vuelvo.

Dingy property that had been photographed well. Most of the money clearly spent on refurbishing reception while rooms are actually quite small, poorly laid out and generally dingy (as opposed to the retro vibe the photos give off). Breakfast was one of the most grim buffets I've ever seen

reserve una semana para mi madre y tres amigas , una semana de vacaciones y volvieron super contentas con el hotel, personal, estancias y comida maravillosos. muchas gracias por vuestra profesionalidad.

El hotel estaba bien. Lo mejor, uno de los camareros, que estubo muy pendiente de nosotros y además nos invitó a un mojito que estaba estupendo!!!

I thought the overall experience was a good one, cleaners came into the room every day and the standard was good, the one thing that bothered me was a strange smell in the room, I don’t know if it was the drainage because I couldn’t actually smell anything in the bathroom? I did let reception know on the 2nd day and I was offered another room but as I only stayed three nights I stayed put. It was room 310.

Publicidad engañosa! Las fotos que aparecen no tienen nada que ver con la realidad ,nos dieron una habitacion que parecia un zulo con una ventana pequeña que daba a un patio, sin luz ,sin ventilación, la peor habitación que escoji en mi vida. No apto para claustrofobicos.

A lot of noise’s and me and my girlfriend couldn’t sleep well. Children was going crazy in the night and jumping in the room all night.
