Tuvimos una estancia excelente en este hotel de Mallorca. Todos los empleados fueron extremadamente amables, atentos y serviciales durante toda nuestra estancia. El hotel estaba siempre limpio y bien cuidado, y la ubicación fue excelente para conocer la isla en su conjunto, ya que facilitó nuestros desplazamientos a diferentes playas y lugares de interés. El único aspecto que podría mejorarse es el Wi-Fi. En nuestra habitación la conexión solo funcionaba correctamente en la recepción y no llegaba bien al cuarto. Además, la televisión de la habitación no podía conectarse a internet, algo que echamos de menos en algunos momentos. A pesar de ello, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y recomendamos este hotel. La hospitalidad del personal y la buena ubicación marcaron la diferencia.

The hotel has a nice aesthetic, low rise and welcoming. My room was large, clean and had a ground floor balcony. The staff were generally friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Unfortunately there were a few negative points. On arrival, the receptionist/manager was involved in a heated argument with one of the cleaners. It was very unprofessional and continued as I checked in. To make it worse, the computer was 'down' and I had to pay in the morning. Morning came, and whilst checking out and paying, the same receptionist/manager held a conversation with someone on the phone instead of focusing on her customers. The room I had was in need of a bit of a refurbishment - the shower head was hanging loose and the toilet roll holder was also loose.

Det kunne have været så godt. Super hyggelig gård med skildpadder der rendte rundt. Her brugte vi meget tid. Hotellet er meget slidt. Vi var to par afsted. Først fik vi nøglerne til et værelse der allerede var udlejet. Så fik vi et der var så fugtigt og lugtede kraftigt af mig. Så fik vi et hvor aircondition var så utæt at der løb vand ud over sengen/gulvet. De første at udbedre det 2 gange uden held så løsning var en skraldespand der skulle tømmes jævnligt. Alle billeder på hotels hjemmeside har enten været igennem AI eller er taget for mange år siden. Maden på restauranten ville vinduet ikke prøve efter vi så hvad nogle andre fik serveret. Det er synd for hotellet er godt placeret og største fejl var klart den mangel på vedligeholdelse.

Größtenteils gut. War nur leider am Tag der Saisoneröffnung da. Da gab es noch Anlaufschwierigkeiten.

Great staff, great food, great experience.

Ich komme seit Jahren immer wieder gerne ins Cupidor. Die gesamte Familie ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Bis bald :)

Hotel was full of character, staff were super polite and attentive. Great location for a wonder around and beach. Will return again one day.

Séjour superbe dans cet hôtel... Propreté, accueil, petit-déjeuner et dîner extra.. Le personnel est serviable et mention spéciale pour la propriétaire 👍👌😁. Un hôtel que nous recommandons et nous y retournerons😀😍

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, le petit déjeuner aussi est bien , à quelques pas de la plage et du grand boulevard anime . Katia est très gentille et nous a accommodé pour notre arrivée tardive , je recommande sans hésiter
