Excellent location! We had a wonderful stay recently and really enjoyed our water view room. Modern updated bathroom, and giant bed made it super comfortable, and the epic breakfast buffet fueled us for daily adventures. Parking is actually right next door, very convenient - overall a splendid place to call home for a vacation.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Right on the beach, yet only a short walk from the old town. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff was wonderful! The drinks in the bar were fantastic! We will absolutely stay there again and will recommend it to anyone we know who is going to San Sebastian!

Overall, this is a fantastic property. Location can’t be beat and in general the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be in regard to having an à la carte breakfast. The staff did not seem to be happy that we were not using the buffet and were therefore very slow to help us. Conversely, when we had the buffet, it was fantastic and of course did not require much staff interaction.
Bar service was excellent and our room was immaculate. Do be a little careful going down the stairs across from the hotel towards the beach. There is an area where a handful of homeless congregate, and they are somewhat aggressive when asking for money. Overall a great stay
