Temiz oda, ses izolasyonu olmayan odalar. Birdaha asla tercih etmeyeceğiz.

quarto pequenos, estacionamento fechado, pessima ajuda dos funcionarios, ar-condicionado desligado devido a epoca do ano, não nos foi informado, janela pequena do quarto nao ventilava suficiente, uma noite tivemos que mudar de quartyo pois a ventilalao do nosso tambem parou, isso as 1;40 a manhã, funcionario nao sao prestativos

Très bien situé dans Séville pour profiter des principales attractions de la ville. Etablissement propre et bien équipé. Dépôt de bagages sécurisé pour profiter un maximum de la ville avant ou après le séjour. Personnel à l'écoute. Je recommande.

Struttura in una posizione eccellente. Personale cordiale e colazione abbondante. La camera pulita e spaziosa ma il bagno pessimo: piccolo, organizzato male e con delle finestre non a tenuta per garantire il calore necessario per effettuare una doccia. Ad ogni modo esperienza positiva

Hotel bien placé, personnel à l écoute, petit déjeuners très bon.

ジャグジーがありましたがベッドルームから丸見えになり、つづいてトイレまでまるみえは、落ち着かなかった。ベランダが広かったのはきもちがよかった。ツアーの出発地点になっていたのは有り難かった。

Not sure why but staff didnt seem overly helpful or friendly

Stanza molto bella con un bagno grande e attrezzato. Colazione davvero eccellente. Personale molto cortese. Un po' caro il parcheggio da 27 euro al giorno.

Opholdet på hotellet i Sevilla var desværre ikke pengene værd. Hotellet virkede gammelt og lidt forfaldent, og faciliteterne føltes ikke særligt indbydende – selv små ting som toiletartiklerne virkede billige og uinspirerende. Servicen i receptionen var også en skuffelse. Personalet var generelt meget lidt imødekommende, uden smil eller egentlig velkomst, og man fik minimal hjælp eller information under opholdet. Opbevaring af bagage efter checkout føltes heller ikke særlig trygt, da man selv skulle stille den i et rum sammen med andres bagage. Den eneste virkelig positive oplevelse var morgenbuffeten, som var rigtig lækker. Samlet set levede hotellet desværre ikke op til prisen eller forventningerne :(

First the good. Rooftop pool and views, breakfast buffet with excellent staff and location. Now the could improve- strong perfume smell (probably to help hide sewage odor at times), worn carpets, very warm room (we had a window into a courtyard with said sewage smells meaning we could not keep the window open much).

Excellent location, a nice staff.

Staff were friendly. Had no problems so so only polite greetings type contact. Breakfast was efficient & plentiful.

Veldig fint hotell

Overall the hotel was fine. However, on our first night of turning in we were horrified to find a large brown mark on the bottom sheet of the bed which was either faeces or blood and certainly had not been washed. We know this because the stain also soaked the mattress protector underneath. One has to wonder how this was missed???? I had to take the sheet down to reception to show them and request a change. This was done with the utmost speed. The lady who did this was quick efficient and very pleasant. One thing lacking from the reception staff was an apology. I speak and understand Spanish and can tell you there wasn't an apology in either language. Very disappointed

Lite slitet hotell, men rent, tyst och lugnt. Både frukost- och receptionspersonal trevlig och effektiv. Fantastisk frukost.

hotel molto pulito, posizione peefetta ed ottima colazione

Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo; pulizia e camere ampie. Colazione pagata a parte: merita tutti i soldi chiesti, abbondante e molto varia. In dieci-max 15 minuti di camminata si arriva in centro e in stazione. Consigliatissimo.
