Clean room, staff were nice

Room was clean and a reasonable size. Comfortable bed.

staff cordiale ed efficiente, camera comoda e pulitissima. Colazione buona e staff velocissimo nel rimpiazzare cibi terminati. Da consigliare. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale!!

The room was nice and clean. It was bigger than we expected, which was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. There was coffee in the room with a kettle and a mini fridge. We would stay there again.

Stay away from this hotel we went for new year on arrival were told the bar and restaurant wernt open during winter this should have been highlighted on their website also air conditioning was turned off .we booked a double room but were given a twin with a small window so no daylight probably the worst room in the hotel which was small and very warm and stuffy on the night definetely not what it shows on the website total misrepresentation one of worst hotel experiences i have ever had

No meals. Room comfortable, warm, a little tight on space but enjoyed the stay. Occasionally a bit moisy in the corridor early morning with room cleaning etc.

The hotel is in a central location, and you can walk to many places. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The stuff very kind , helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome. The only issue is that the single beds were pushed together to make a double bed, which is not very comfortable.”

Ho letto molte recensioni contrastanti su questo hotel. Decido comumque di prenotare un camera. Bel hotel a tre stelle con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo La camera é dotata di tutto compreso frigo, vasca da bagno e bidet Se siete fortunati ci sono anche camere.con balcone ( non ho avuto questa fortuna) Non posso giudicare il ristorante perche non ne ho usufruito e anche perché una colazione a 15 € mi sembrava un po eccessivo se si considera che fuori dell'hotel ci sono molti bar e pasticcerie piene di ogni golosità e con prezzi decisamente inferiori. Per quanto riguarda il servizio di pulizie ho trovato sempre la camera rimessa a nuovo, tranne per un giorno dove ho trovato il personale che aveva poca voglia di lavorare lasciandomi la camera poca pulita e con il letto apparentemente aggiustato. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalle maggiori attrazioni della stupenda Siviglia. Sicuramente lo cosiglio É un hotel ottima per la sua posizione

The room was spotless and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel entrance and waiting area was very welcoming and the pool/lounge area had stunning views. Would definitely return.

WiFi was pretty weak, I had to stay in a particular spot in my room to access it. I believe as you get higher up in the hotel the weaker the signal was. I was on the 5th floor in the 6-floor building. However, staff were friendly and helpful when called upon.
