Nice rooftop pool

Excellent hotel. Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good water pressure. Excellent breakfast. Nice lobby facilities.

The staff and the manager were rude not friendly at all , they gave me false information for checking in

Muy buen hotel a pocos minutos andando del centro y toda la zona monumental. Es difícil aparcar, puede ser interesante reservar aparcamiento con antelación. En Sevilla se come muy bien y es una ciudad preciosa. El hotel es cómodo, todo está bien organizado y la habitación nos gustó. Buena opción para visitar la ciudad.

L’accès à l’hôtel est très simple, celui ci est vraiment a proximité de tout ! On peut faire pas mal de chose à pied ! La piscine est vraiment bien, les chambre sont propre, le personnel est très sympa ! Je recommande vraiment !

Location: The location offered exceptional convenience, facilitating pedestrian access to numerous city attractions. Personal: The staff demonstrated a high degree of friendliness. Rooms: The accommodations were compact and of average quality.

The pool was a lovely place to finish the day. The rooms were fine. We stayed in three different rooms over a week period. They differed in size and amenities. The breakfast had many options to choose from

Very helpful; clean and affordable; good location

The room and bathroom were both quite small even though I paid for a larger room I don't think I got it. Sparse furnishings because more wouldn't fit. Beds only had sheets and a thin bedspread. The thermostat was inadequate so the ACwas either on or off (too cold or too warm). Poor night's sleep.

Hotel bien situado, buenas instalaciones, la piscina estaba muy concurrida por lo que no pude utilizarla. Personal muy servicial.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y desde allí puedes caminar a muchos sitios de interés, así como también visitar restaurantes y bares locales. Las áreas comunes del hotel están en general muy bien y el personal fue atento y cordial. El área de desayuno era amplio tranquilo, y los alimentos estaban muy bien. Nuestra única queja es con relación a la habitación: por su precio, era sumamente pequeña, más aún el baño. Aunque la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, persistió durante nuestros 2 días de estancia un mal olor corporal que debe haber dejado el ocupante anterior, así que todo el tiempo tuvimos la ventana de la habitación abierta.

The bathroom was very small and had the smallest shower I have ever seen. The bed was very soft and I prefer a firmer mattress. The air conditioning was good.

Ottima struttura, ben collegata con il centro della città. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti ed anche un supermercato. La stanza era ben insonorizzata, pulita e abbastanza grande per due persone. Personale del check-in molto cordiali e disponibili, così come nella sala colazione che con la formula buffet offre tantissime varità di cibo e bevande. Struttura consigliattissima!

Very bad customer service. For 3 people using same couple room by adding an extra bed . There were no space left for walking. We were 6 people booked 2 rooms for 3 beds and they provided one room with actual 3 bed (room) and second they accommodated us in 2 bed room. Because they were out of the 3 bed room. They didn’t apologize or compensate. Upon telling them that they have accommodated us in 2 bed room . They lied that it was 2 bed room. Since we had one actual 3 bed room so we were aware about it.

Good place to stay in the old city area and convenient for food/drink and exploration.

We liked the location as it was walkable from train station and central to the city centre. The roof top pool was nice and the breakfasts were good.
