Il est dommage que l'hôtel n'a pas de réception personne avec qui parler simplement un Check in qu'il faut remplir pour avoir les codes Autre chose pas de clim simplement un simple petit appareil ventilateur !!

Joli petit hôtel agréable moment passé avec mon conjoint très bon petit déjeuner offert on a adoré l’emplacement calme

I had a terrible checking in experience. I transferred my luggage before I checked in, however when I arrived at this hotel with 10 percent of cell phone battery, the remote checking person told me repeatedly 3 times that they didn’t have my luggage which my phone charger was in. Long story short, if it was not the cleaning lady was still there, I would be locked out totally, while my luggage was actually INSIDE the hotel office. Their check in lady was arrogant and lazy, destroying their business.

Un peu déçu au vu du prix de la chambre, il y avait des gros jours au niveau des fenêtres on sentait l’air qui passait. Le petit déjeuner était très très bon par contre!

No me parece normal que en un hotel me tenga que registrar yo la entrada a través de internet, cuando ponía que la recepción abría a las 15 horas y allí no había, ni fue nadie.

Pas facile à trouver mais tout était parfait

Hotel Donosti was very pleasant and ideal stop for us. It was great to have tea/ coffee facilities in the room.

Me gustó el alojamiento mucho, cómo está comunicado, incluso puedes ir andando, y a la hora de aparcar muy bien

Really nice clean simple hotel with good breakfast, free parking and good value.

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre de saint Sebastian. Desservi par les transports en commun. Cependant l’insonorisation est à revoir.. le petit déjeuner est bon mais vraiment peu copieux..

Comoda y facil de encontrar

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable from the city center, or there's a bus stop 2 minutes away. The staff is amazing and the room was very cozy and clean. We will come back to this boutique hotel on our next trip to San Sebastián. Gracias!

Het hotel was geweldig !! Kamer was zeer comfortabel en schoon!!Personeel zeer aardig en behulpzaam,Het ontbijt is uitstekend en vers. Het vervoer naar San Sabastian hebben wij met de bus gedaan , de bushalte is niet ver van het hotel.

Nos gustó mucho,la habitación,bien comunicado,tener aparcamiento es lo mejor!!la chica q nos recibió Excelente,llegamos antes de la hora,y como estaba hecha nos dio la clave,además muy atenta explicándonos todo,si volvemos repetimos!!!

I liked the cleaningness and the surroundings.

La formule petit déjeuner n’est pas géniale. Un croissant ( mauvais )avec une cuillère à café de confiture et une noix de beurre c’est un peu léger. Une petite dosette de café en poudre ……pas terrible !!!Dommage car la chambre était géniale….
