Perfect location. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Roof bar is fab for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Roof bar staff are lovely. Pool couches are great looking onto the beach - great for people watching.

Very poor Room I booked wasn’t available. Given right room after 2 days. Safe didn’t work. Air con faulty Shower leaked Tried to email before my stay to confirm my room Manager suggested too busy to reply. Sent 3 which were missed

Pool area is too small for the amount of people in Hotel

The hotel is not new but some renovation was made and it is very well maintained and well located with a parking close by, and you can book a space through the hotel, which is very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Walking distance from restaurants and tram station. The rooftop is quite nice and had drinks and ate Japanese food which was good. Carla, at the check in was very helpful and gave us some nice info about the places to visit, beaches etc Mallorca is a huge island, many beaches, we loved going to Sacalobra not only it was very beautiful and with few people but the road to get there is breathtaking, amazing views all the way.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden. The rooms were spotless and offered breathtaking views. The dining options were exceptional, and the staff was incredibly attentive. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Loved that the property was right across from the beach! The staff were friendly & helpful! The hotel offers a place for your luggage & a shower room to use after your check out, if you have a late flight out, perfect for enjoying the day at the beach! The Hotel Edén is in an ideal location in Soller, across the street from a beautiful beach, on a strip with multiple restaurants and stores. The lobby, pool and rooftop are lovely. There were a number of issues with the room (101) including a non-functioning safe, hot room and non-functioning telephone. An engineer (Joan) was sent to our room who fixed the safe and improved the air conditioning (condenser issue). The room had two twin beds that were pressed together as a full size bed. The front desk staff was professional, always present and accommodating. The breakfast had the usual items but seemed a bit short staffed. Two of the waiters were absolutely lovely but there was one grumpy male waiter, who could benefit from customer service training. We would definitely return to the Hotel Eden due to its ideal location and accommodating front desk staff. The beach and pier are across the street from the hotel but we had a room without a view. If you book this hotel, try to get a room with a view of the pool/beach. Also, check the safe & air conditioning upon check-in.

Not the newest property but it was perfect for location. The view was spectacular and port de soller is the perfect place for families. We would come back.

Bilderna stämde inte alls övers med verkligheten. Ett väldigt slitet och nergånget hotell. Luktade mögel både i allmän utrymmen och speciellt på rummen. Valde den finaste rumskategorin och det kändes sämre än ett vandrarhem. Myror både vid skrivbordet, sängen och badrummet. Restaurangen (halvpension) gick ej att äta. Skippade den och åt ute varje kväll istället. Hög standard på många restauranger i närheten. Fanns inte stolarna lediga vid poolen någon dag trots att vi var nere när precis när poolområdet öppnat. Gästerna hade ”paxat” stolar med handdukar långt före. Faktiskt ett av de sunkigaste hotell jag bott på, kommer aldrig åka tillbaka hit. Förstår inte hur de kan ha så högt betyg/omdöme eller antal stjärnor på hotellet. Det ända positiva med hotellet var att personalen var otroligt serviceminded allt från poolkillen till receptionisten. Men det räddar tyvärr inte lukten och alla andra minimum krav man har på en vistelse.

Nice and clean, excellent area. Only issue is there’s no parking specific to the hotel so if you have a car you have to drive around a bit to find parking. Great breakfast as well.

The hotel is nice however I dont know if I would rate it a 4 star hotel as expedia describes. The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily however it is a little outdated and could use some renovations, specifically rooms and bathrooms. The staff was vey friendly and helpful but things do seem to move a little slow here. We booked very last and did not have alot to pick from when booking which is how we ended up deciding on this hotel. I don't think it would have been my first choice given more options. The roof bar is very nice and is a nice place to relax in the evening. Overall is was a good stay.

Great location. Easy access to beach and lovely family pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We booked a superior room for three people and were delighted with the size – very spacious, clean, and modern, with a stunning sea view. Originally we had a mountain view room, but the hotel kindly honoured our upgrade request, which made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Service by the pool was excellent – fast, efficient, and always with a smile. It was a real bonus being able to enjoy meals by the pool in such a relaxing setting. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and sunbeds are available to reserve from 9am once they’ve been cleaned, which is a great system that keeps things fair and organized. Breakfast was decent with a good variety to choose from each morning. Parking is available on-site for €10 a day, which we found convenient and reasonably priced for the area. Our flight was departing at 23:50, we were offered a late check out at €235 which was a bit steep so we opted for a room to shower and change before we departed at no extra charge. All in all, a great hotel with lovely amenities, excellent service, and an unbeatable view. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay again!

Great location, calm and cosy hotel room. We had a family room on 1st floor, mountain view. It had a huge terrace with sunbed and couch. Great beds and matraces, I have hardly ever slept so well in a hotel room. Everything well organized. Breakfast buffet was good so far. Could have been a little more creative. Only critic point: not enough sunbeds at the pool, guests were reserving already at 7.00 in the morning and some of them didn‘t show up the whole day.

Läget, renlighet, utsikt (balkong mot havet), frukost m m var väldigt bra! Det enda negativa med hotellet var Lyhört från rum ut mot korridor, ena extrasängen var väldigt knarrande samt en ibland bullrande AC men i övrigt var allt väldigt bra.
