Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Buffet (Frühstück und Abend) war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und immer mit live zubereitetem Essen zur Auswahl (zB Omelette, Fisch oder Pancakes). Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten einen Balkon von dem aus wir einen direkten Blick auf Strandpromenade und Meer hatten. Insgesamt war die Lage perfekt. Bars, Cafés und Läden sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zur Busverbindung und das Meer ist direkt gegenüber. Der Pool ist eher klein, aber für uns war er vollkommen ausreichend. Es sind wenige Liegen am Pool, aber auch größere gemütliche Sofas. Cocktails in der Rooftop-Bar trinken war auch sehr schön, vor allem der Ausblick. Das Hotelpersonal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel overall very good. Unfortunately even though the hotel had pool procedures in place to avoid reserved sunbeds , they did not enforce them , resulting in not enough poolside sunbeds for guests

Just be aware of this property. The staff is not helpful, not accommodating and quite frankly not happy to see you. I booked a 4 person room on Expedia and when I arrived to the hotel the staff told me that my room only fits 2. I told them that their rooms on line showed 4 person. They were not helpful at all and acted like it was my fault. After 30 to 45 minutes of standing at the front desk they told me that they can prep the rooms to hold 4 and charge me an additional 70 euros per day per room. Not a huge deal but it didn’t end there. Their towel policy is a joke. You have to use towel cards to get towels and they are only offered during pool hours which closes at 6pm. And the guy who runs the pool hates his job and every guest that comes in contact with him. Also. My family decided to sit by the pool at some tables and have a snack during the day and the staff came out and rudely told us we can’t eat at the tables even though there were 15 open tables and not one person at them. To top it off everything you ask the front desk for they act like you are inconveniencing them . The customer service is some of the worst I have experienced. The property is in a good location and it’s a good hotel but be prepared for terrible service.

A localização do hotel é excelente, de frente para o mar e a poucos passos da praia, no Porto de Sóller. A piscina é grande, agradável, e o bar oferece boas opções de refeições e bebidas a preços justos. O rooftop também merece destaque, com uma bela vista e acesso por um elevador panorâmico com piso de vidro. O hotel não possui estacionamento suficiente para todos os hóspedes. Utilizei um estacionamento público a cerca de 50 metros, que acabou sendo bastante prático. O check-in foi tranquilo, mas o quarto deixou uma péssima primeira impressão. A limpeza era insuficiente, com areia no piso, rodapés sujos e toalhas em quantidade menor do que o número de hóspedes. Além disso, solicitei cama king e encontrei duas camas de solteiro. Após informar a recepção, tanto a limpeza quanto a configuração das camas foram corrigidas. Outro ponto negativo é a ausência de serviço para auxiliar com as bagagens. O hotel apenas empresta um carrinho para que o próprio hóspede faça o transporte. O café da manhã é farto e variado, mas nos horários de maior movimento fica bastante tumultuado. Chegando cedo, a experiência é bem melhor. Os lanches servidos no bar foram de boa qualidade. Apesar de ser classificado como um hotel quatro estrelas, acredito que ainda precise evoluir bastante em limpeza, conservação e treinamento da equipe para entregar o padrão esperado dessa categoria.

Great location and service

Hotel is in fantastic location. Our room superior sea view was probably the best view of the harbour . Pool area and sun beds were difficult to get unless you were waiting for the pool to open at 9am and every bed was taken by 9.02. Just one negative after purchasing multiple drinks throughout the day I wanted to take a cup of ice back to the room to have a final drink on the balcony to be point blank refused with no negotiation. Hotel policy not to give anyone ice. Thought this was really poor to upset guests over something that’s costs very little

Sentimos falta de um quarto mais confortável, com melhores lençóis, toalhas e travesseiros. Cafe da manhã tipo buffet, mas sem o capricho que esperávamos.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location is great, the pool has a lovely view towards the sea, our family room had a good size & was clean. The staff were friendly and the hotel were very helpful organising our transfers. Small things that could be better (not a reason not to stay here - we would stay again). Vegetarian choice - if you have dinner booked as included, this was very basic, same tomato sauce for the pasta every night for example, there is salad etc so you don’t go hungry but given the fish & meat choices as a veggie your kind of forgotten about. The hotel pillows weren’t great and no choice re soft or firm pillows. You can’t order a snack by the pool bar, which especially when you have small kids means you have to get dressed and find a near by restaurant for a lunch snack. The pool was still quiet cold early June. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But it was difficult to get help with cab or other transportation questions. The elevator was out frequently. The breakfast buffet is really good! The dining service was good.

Real nice hotel in a prime harbor location with a wonderful breakfast and rooftop bar. Recommend it for families and couples.

Great hotel - fantastic location - highly recommend a visit. Port Soller is just a little piece of heaven on earth.

Absolutely amazing hotel 😍 Everything from checking to checking out was great. Hotel is super clean staff are amazing and it’s in a great location. The roof terrace at sunset was beautiful. Can’t wait to stay again

Hotel incrível, funcionários amáveis e prestativos. Localização perfeita.

The hotel is in a fab location on the beach. The roof top bar was great as was the pool area. The rooms are ok but lacked a few things I think it should have had. There was no coffee machine and they only supplied powdered milk. The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were awful. The cleaning if the room was just ok! For what we paid for the hotel I can only rate it as average. It’s saving grace is it’s location!
