Very comfortable and relaxing hotel with excellent customer service. Only complaint was noise outside late at night but that was a one off event.

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is beautiful and overlooks the water and there’s a wellness room that’s heated and has an indoor pool/sauna. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

El Llorenç truly understands the art of providing exceptional, personalized service. The attention we received throughout our stay surpassed anything we could have imagined. it was, without a doubt, the best service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Alesso, to enjoying a rooftop welcome drink with Sophia. who greeted us each morning with a big smile, every detail felt thoughtful and genuine. A special mention to Soja, who made the best cappuccino we’ve ever had—truly unforgettable. These are just a few of the touches that make this hotel outstanding. We especially loved our relaxing afternoon swims, followed by time unwinding in the spa’s jacuzzi and pool. While the hotel is tucked away from the busy streets, it’s just a short walk to town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We will absolutely return!

We stayed in the El Llorenc Parc de la Mar for four nights in July 2025 and from the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food is excellent and ambience from the rooftop bar was perfect in the warm Mallorcan sunshine. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. This hotel has everything, rooftop pool overlooking the sea and a wellness centre with a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (and a gym too). Ideally located near to Palma Cathedral and Palacio Real de La Almudaina, it is only a short walk into the heart of Palma itself. Perfect, we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Hotel El Llorenç was outstanding. The service was impeccable, especially from the concierge team who made everything effortless from start to finish. The spa facilities were stunning, and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and little touches like Le Labo products in the bathrooms added a real sense of luxury. The entire property was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we were constantly offered water and small comforts that made us feel truly cared for. Plus, the location—just steps from Palma’s Old Town—was unbeatable. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return.

The staff were very helpful and the accommodation was very clean. No complaints and we will definitely stay again.

Lovely location excellent service and a fantastic roof top bar with amazing views. The pool is the bonus as other hotels nearby don’t have a pool. With great weather the pool is a must! Will definetly be returning soon.

This hotel is an absolute stunner! It’s in the best location for relaxation and close to everything. It was a pleasure to be able to walk into historic Parma. The service was exceptional as was the staff.

Impeccable adult only luxury. Loved the mod cons with the black out blinds. The pool cocktails could have been better and the customer service at managerial end regarding me being locked in their bathroom was unnecessarily convoluted and involved far too much back and forth than I was prepared for on my holidays. However, the setting, location, decor, comfort, all exceeded expectations and I'd recommend, but with a suggestion that management have some extra training. Shout out to Claudia and Alessandro (I think - Italian man) who were exceptional.

Great to have a rooftop pool so central in old town Palma. Great staff, lovely food… and excellent bedroom air conditioning!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was nice, our room had a view of the water. Such a beautiful hotel! The pool was awesome and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We split our trip between this hotel near the water and one more central to the town. It was nice to get a feel for both areas. I wouldn't change a thing.

The place was meticulously managed, down to the last detail, and the staff wore smart uniforms, providing thorough established service. It is a hotel where you can relax to your heart's content. Also, located in the old downtown, there are plenty of enjoyable shops within the charming old town, so you can have a great time just around the hotel. The rooftop pool is quiet and offers delicious meals, allowing you to unwind and take it easy throughout the day. Highly recommending this hotel to all. Also, Spa (massage), YOU MUST have it.... thats amazing....

The El Lorenc has been described as best hotel, with best old town pool, in Palma Mallorca for good reason. A boutique luxe hideaway, across from the water, nestled into surrounding old town Moorish architecture, sets you up for daily magical walks past the palace and cathedral to return to this retreat. Relaxed perfection, between the beautiful well appointed rooms, serenity of the lovely spa including indoor pool, sauna and steam, full stocked bathroom amenities, forever memorable rooftop drinks by highly skilled bartenders, surprise little touches like chocolates at night, and top notch highly accountable service. I could and should name all concierge for their constant advice and assistance but will flag Johana (which I’m hopefully spelling correctly) for reading my mind and knowing exactly the sort of full day step by step itinerary to recommend for magical outdoor exploration of caves, coves and mountain towns tailored to my personal needs. To be clear all concierge were great, professional, pleasant, responsive and accountable. It came to feel like home and I would recommend with no hesitation to travelers with taste.
