Staff was great, great customer service. A little to far from downtown but not bad. I only had a issue with Expedia , their service has gone worse. I did a mistake , hotel was willing to help out, I send them the proof but because it was in Spanish the communication expedia didn’t wanted to help out. I just felt they were just going with and laying with their answers. Before I loved to recommend Expedia, I really don’t know if I will.

Las habitaciones confortables, el comedor necesita URGENTEMENTE CAMBIO DE TODO! falta de asepsia en las vajillas y cubiertos. La comida (frutas) de muy baja calidad para el consumo . Algún personal le falta tratar al huésped con cortesía .

Hotel was clean, but the parking arrangements are bizarre (they share space with a supermarket next door) and difficult to access. The air conditioner in my room made a loud buzzing sound, and couldn’t be used. Fortunately, it was cool outside, so I didn’t need it. The last morning I was there, I finished my shower only to find a housekeeping hadn’t left me any towels. I had to dry myself using the small hand towels. Would not stay here again.
