We arrived early (morning) from a cruise and staff stored our luggage so we could get out and explore. Our luggage was waiting in our room for us upon our return. The room was clean and stocked well, the small sitting lounge on its own private patio was the sweetest surprise...great amenity! Quiet and easy access as the hotel sits right on Las Ramblas. While there is quite a bit of heavy construction happening, we found that everyone was doing their part to make walking and traveling in that area as smooth as possible. We understand progress and work so this part was not a problem for us - kudos to all the businesses there!

In our last day morning , there was no water supply due to construction work in the area. We asked for water from reception but the staff insisted that they gave prior notice to us which was a A4 size paper sticking on one side of the elevator with few paragraphs and font size 12. No water given and we could not wash our face. Fortunately it was the last day.
Hotel could be better to inform the guests by sliding the notice in each room, giving that the hotel did not have many rooms.

歐洲飯店不會附牙刷牙膏，必須自備，此飯店沒有附免費瓶裝水，也無電熱水壺與熱水，若需要可於隔壁餐廳(與飯店合作提供早餐)購買或自備電湯匙與水壺煮水，這間飯店人員服務態度親切、樂於幫忙，房間不算大，但是浴室空間大，網路wifi沒有很穩定，若短時間閒置就會斷掉，要一直重新輸入，訊號不是很好有時會連不上，但優點就是地點非常好，在Rambla大道上，附近很多餐廳商店與市場，方便購物，附近也有地鐵站，總體來說地點好，但設備或許可再加強。
