Clean, spacious, close to shopping area, nice

In our last day morning , there was no water supply due to construction work in the area. We asked for water from reception but the staff insisted that they gave prior notice to us which was a A4 size paper sticking on one side of the elevator with few paragraphs and font size 12. No water given and we could not wash our face. Fortunately it was the last day. Hotel could be better to inform the guests by sliding the notice in each room, giving that the hotel did not have many rooms.

歐洲飯店不會附牙刷牙膏，必須自備，此飯店沒有附免費瓶裝水，也無電熱水壺與熱水，若需要可於隔壁餐廳(與飯店合作提供早餐)購買或自備電湯匙與水壺煮水，這間飯店人員服務態度親切、樂於幫忙，房間不算大，但是浴室空間大，網路wifi沒有很穩定，若短時間閒置就會斷掉，要一直重新輸入，訊號不是很好有時會連不上，但優點就是地點非常好，在Rambla大道上，附近很多餐廳商店與市場，方便購物，附近也有地鐵站，總體來說地點好，但設備或許可再加強。

该酒店处于老城核心区Rambla大街中心地段，楼下不到半分钟就是地铁站，满街咖啡馆和商店。晚上也不吵，隔音很好。 服务不错，干净方便。 早餐是在隔壁咖啡馆，但很简单。如不订早餐，可自己去周边找地儿，十分方便。比含早还便宜。 酒店斜对面有巴塞最棒的海鲜大市场，物美价廉。

The location is great. The rooms are fine but could use some increased maintenance.

Hotel is right on La Rambla with great dining options. Gothic Quarter is 1 block away. Parking garage 1.5 blocks from hotel. La Rambla is under major construction and traffic is sometimes very difficult

Clean room and friendly staff.

This hotel was in an exceptional location. Easy to get to and in a great walking area. Close to many things to see and do. The staff was great - friendly and most informative. The only downside (which has nothing to do with the hotel) is La Ramblas is under construction (2 years into a 3 year job). Will be fantastic when completed, but this is causing greater crowds on this street for walking. Again, nothing to do with the hotel. I would actually stay there again.

Awesome location, clean, super helpful staff. Recommend.

Tolle Lage

El hotel no cuenta con ninguna amenidad. Las habitaciones y baños se observan con mobiliario viejo. La cama es muy aguada/mala calidad. La limpieza es aceptable y la unicacion es buena

The room smelled like cigarettes, and even after opening the window all day, smell was horrible. It was very loud at night. People were partying next-door until 3 in the morning. When I mention my concern, I was told not to worry that they were checking out soon. The beds were uncomfortable at all. I do not recommend this place. Save your money.

No air conditioning

Great location on Las Ramblas

Hotellet har mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget är mycket centralt och gör det enkelt att ta sig till sevärdheter, restauranger och andra bekvämligheter i närheten. Samtidigt fanns det vissa brister. Luftventilationen i rummet fungerade inte som den skulle, vilket påverkade komforten negativt. Dessutom var dubbelsängen relativt liten och inte särskilt bekväm, vilket gjorde att sömnkvaliteten blev lidande.
