Excelente servicio y gran amabilidad

Muy centrico y a escasos metros de El Escorial

Very nice older hotel across from Monastery; however, be aware if you are traveling by car: very crowded narrow one way streets with parallel parking, no hotel parking garage, street parking a challenge at best times. There is some parking garages but not close to hotel 15-32 euros/day if you can find. You must park and register together so it took over 1 hour to finally catch a car leaving to park 2 blocks away. Our room was very reasonably priced, beautiful, and spacious facing monastery with 4 large windows we opened for beautiful views south.

Great hotel right across from the main sites. Though it’s an older hotel it’s kept in good order, clean and the staff was very nice.

A lovely boutique type hotel with great friendly staff.

1.- El televisor, comparado con cualquier hotel es muy pequeño. Deberían colocar un Smart TV de mayor tamaño. A su vez el control remoto tiene los botones más básicos posible, sólo prender/apagar, subir/bajar volumen y cambiar canal. Esto es crítico para muchos turistas que prefieren escuchar en inglés, más con el control remoto actual es imposible hacer esto. 3- El hotel NO cuenta con estacionamiento, y en el sector hay muy pocos estacionamientos disponibles. Cuentan con una colaboración con un parking cercano, pero muy caro. 4.- El desayuno es por lejos el más básico que jamás haya encontrado en hotel alguno; una taza de café con leche y una tostada con mantequilla. That's it! También se puede cambiar la tostada por un croissant, pero no los dos a la vez, Esto debe ser bastamente mejorado, por que está pero muy lejos de los buffettes de desayuno de otros hoteles. 5.- Se agradecería muchísimo un stand con hervidor de agua, te/cafe etc. 6.- La tarjeta como en muchos hoteles activa la electricidad en la habitación como medida de ahorro, lo que está bien, pero deberían ajustar/cambiar el sistema ya que apenas un saca la tarjeta queda uno a oscuras. Si sale uno de la habitación en la noche, los pasillos, también con luces apagadas por sensores de movimiento, lo deja a uno en la oscuridad total. Deberían darle al sistema al menos unos 30 segundos para poder salir. 7. Deberían contar con almohadas de dos tipos de dureza. Las actuales son todas duras.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and staff is friendly. My only complaint is that due to narrow streets the bus cannot go into own and it is quite a distance from the bus station, particularly with luggage. The town itself is very quaint and people are super friendly.

Our room in this hotel was excellent : comfortable bed, clean bathroom, sufficient plugs. We had an excellent night, but be warned - establishments serving evening meals are rare. It may be the season, but this hotel did not serve after 6pm, nor did other hotels close by. Parking is offered at a hotel, which is quite a walk away, and the road is narrow. Outside parking, if you can get it, is to be paid for from 8.00 a.m. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful.

Limpieza y tranquilidad Instalaciones un poco antiguas

Todo perfecto. Fui al Hotel Florida porque le conozco y se quiere me ofrece lo que busco. Ubicación y buena relación calidad-precio

Excelente hotel junto a monasterio del Escorial, trato perfecto, habitación muy amplia,cama de matrimonio muy grande,muy limpio,vistas al monasterio espectaculares. Volveré sin duda.

Vicino al el escorial

La habitación era bonita, y tenía buenas vistas. Pero estaba sin reformar, como me dijo el chico de recepción. En el pasillo había un desagradable olor a cañería. En general estaba bien. Pero para 102 euros que pagué, me pareció mala relación calidad precio. No pusieron otras cosas comunes como en otros hoteles (peines, gorros de ducha etc), sólo jabón y gel en tubos adosados a la pared.

Great little hotel with modern amenities across the steet from a historic monatery providng a front row photo op from the quaint balcony :-) Plus a freash breakfast and very reasonable menu pricing.

Short one night trip to visit daughter at school. Hotel is older style but adequate and close for what we needed. It was cold the night we arrived so needed to put heating on in room but no problem to do this. We had stayed here before so knew what we were getting. We didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment on any meals. Pleasant receptionist staff
