Me gustó su ubicación y el personal fue muy amable, la habitación con terraza siento que la terraza le resta espacio a la habitación que se siente reducida pero cómoda, y realmente la terraza no tiene vista a una zona que sea de playa o paisaje solo frente a edificios, sin embargo el hotel el general se siente acogedor

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Distance is quite close to the beach making it an enjoyable walk to old town. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great rooms, good value

this is a clean, convenient and well-positioned hotel if you want to be away from the busy area of San Sebastián at the other end of the bay in Onderata. The beach here is less crowded and there are many tapas bars and restaurants, It is a half an hour walk to the old town in San Sebastián where you must visit for the incredible choice of the Pinxtos ((Tapas) and the bustling atmosphere. The best bits of the hotel were good choice of food at breakfast and a friendly and helfful front desk lady, Leyre, who recommended some excellent restaurants and made the booking as well as answering our many questions. Thank you Leyre.

Very good hotel in the perfect location ! Only fact that needs improving is the wifi as did not work in the room

This is a very decent 3 star hotel. No real amenities or service. It’s a bus ride or about 30 minute walk to the city center. Very clean

The air conditioning did not work during a heat wave. When I asked staff to help, they basically did not know how to fix it, and told me we could not change rooms, but could check out in the morning if we preferred (hotel was fully booked). Upon check out, they refused to refund us the second night; saying Expedia would not let them. Expedia refused to refund, saying the hotel refused. I would cancel any reservations you have with expedia due to this. And, beware of staying at Hotel Ilunion during a heat wave. The A/C does not work, the room smells, property is old and run down, and parking is available only if you arrive early.

Staff was incredibly helpful. They even lended us a wheelchair to use free of charge. The property is in a beautiful and safe area. 6 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute direct bus ride to the famous 31 de agosto, and a 15 minute walk to the funicular.

Modern, good rooms, reserved safe parking

Very modern, contemporary clean rooms, well appointed Not too far from beach and promenade but at the other end of the old town to San Sebastián so as long as you don’t mind the promenade walk or have a car to drive in with, it’s fabulous Very clean and nice selection of decor, I am an interior designer and thought they had done a lovely job on the interior Nice bar also

Badezimmer und Balkon sehr grosszügig, Zimmer eher klein.

The front desk staff were especially helpful and kind. We had difficulty returning from the Springsteen concert on 24 June and the desk clerk for the evening was very reassuring and provided excellent advice. We were able to return safely to the hotel.
