瓦伦西亚 3 号依路尼恩酒店

一天前才住了隔壁的瓦倫西亞 4 號依路尼恩飯店，第二天改住隔壁這個三號店，相較之下有幾個不舒服的地方： 1)床鋪一大一小，非常陽春，睡覺時會有不平衡的現象（會彈起來的感覺），睡眠品質極差 2)浴室的水時大時小，忽冷忽熱，相較四號，也沒有浴缸 3)早餐陽春，可選擇的食物極少，和隔壁的瓦倫西亞 4 號依路尼恩飯店，一牆之差，天差地遠 最重要，還比隔壁瓦倫西亞 4 號依路尼恩飯店貴，很差的感覺

Los trabajadores muy atentos, la chica de la limpieza nos tocó Cristina , muy amable La localización genial ya que a pocos metros está el metro de la línea 1 y 2

he tenido que coger la reserva cuado llegue porque coincide el nombre con otro hotel de la misma cadena Tuve que llamar por teléfono directamente yo ( cuando está gestión se debería hacer a nivel interno) no dándome además ningún tipo de solución más que de nuevo coger una noche nueva de hotel Por lo tanto no recomiendo esta cadena que no es solvente ante este tipo de errores

Friendly staff, but food choice basic and nothing special, room okay but shower temperature very difficult to control and a small change moved from cold to scalding hot, expensive for the offering

Breakfast was wonderful but dinner service was not good.

Me alojo mucho por trabajo. Comodo, limpio y personal muy amable.

The AC was like sauna so we had to turn it off and open the window. We were moved to a different room but with same issue. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Room was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful

The staff were super great! My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. It was super nice to not have to worry about finding something to eat before going through airport security.

I spent $199 euros for one night for this hotel which was more like a 3 star hotel. Here is a list of what was wrong with the room and the manager did not feel I should get a partial refund. I was exhausted when I arrived so I didn’t want to have to change rooms or have maintenance people working. 1. The air-conditioning was not working properly. 2. There’s no refrigerator. 3. There is only one electrical outlet by the bed. 4. The closet is very small and doesn’t have any shelves to put clothes on. 5. There is no hot water kettle for tea or coffee. 6. The bottom of the couch is shredded. 7. There are three poorly patched spots on the bathroom floor.

The Air Conditioned temperature was high, we request a service for the air conditioned but the temperature still the same.

Gostei muito das instalações. A localização é excelente.O café da manhã é excelente.
