Everything was well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient with the room cleaned and towels and bedding changed daily. I would highly recommend this hotel again.

The hotel location is amazing, walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room cleaning was very good. Hotel also offers free bottle of water and juice, snacks and coffee, which is really nice. The parking was a bit pricy but it is convenient as it is right at the basement of this hotel. We will definitely stay again.
The only complaint we had was the breakfast, it was too simple for breakfast buffet.

The hotel location is amazing, walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room cleaning was very good. Hotel location is perfect for access to key attractions. Room is very classic and updated. The only complaint is the breakfast start time is 7:30am. We had tours starting 7:30am. I had to ask tour company to delay 15 min for pickup. Many hotels start breakfast at 7:00am for weekdays.

The shower thermostat didn't work - so was either freezing cold or boiling hot.
I was also offered breakfast at a slightly discounted rate when I checked in but was then charged full rate the next day when I checked out.

It was a fantastic stay at Inglaterra. Hotel with a great history built in 1875, oldest hotel in Saville.
Room was excellent and clean with rare old deco.
Staffs were kind and professional. Beautiful rooftop bar with great views. Impressed!
