Aunque la relación calidad-precio es razonable, la habitación no tiene nada de especial. Las vistas son bonitas, ya que la habitación que utilicé 203 da frente a la plaza del pueblo. No obstante, el descanso se ve afectado por el ruido tanto de la plaza como de otras habitaciones. Además, en esta la habitación escucha el ruido del ascensor cada vez que entra en funcionamiento. El aislamiento acústico de las ventanas es insuficiente, cada 15 minutos se oyen las campanas horarias del campanario situado junto al hotel.

Great central location on the main square. Clean, neat and tidy hotel. Great service. Good sized room. Good value for money. Would stay again.

A lovely hotel at a lovely location.

Superb stay, the hotel is in a fantastic location right on the main square. We couldn't quite believe it. Room is simple but spacious and perfectly clean. The staff were super helpful and kind over WhatsApp. Would stay again for sure.

Allt var bra, men man ska vara beredd att bära väskorna några trappsteg innan man kommer till hissen. Familjär känsla och trevlig personal. Vi bodde i nyrenoverat stort rum mot det vackra torget. Badade jacuzzi i en fantastisk utsikt över alla hustak.

This is the second time we have stayed in this Hotel and again we where not disappointed. The Hotel is right on the square in Polensa , a great location to see what is happening particularly in the evening because of its proximity to all the resturants.

Giving the difficult circumstances communication and preparation was excellent.

Appalling ROOM 101 Noise, noise and more noise. Impossible to sleep in this room. Noise from side street/alley adjacent hotel kitchen back door ending approx 1.30 resumng 5.35 am. Room 101 above this door area

Juma was great. I was overcharged by Hotels.com/UK. See my Confirmation No. 158586750777. I paid 188.4 Euros at booking. When the Euros were converted to USD, you used the GBP rate to USD instead of the Euro/USD conversion rate resulting in an overcharge. You have the records, fix it and issue me a refund. Otherwise I will never use Hotels.com again plus will tell all my friends not to use. This has been reported like five times. Enough is enough.

I loved my room with the big windows and four poster bed. The mattress was not so comfortable. the staff were very helpful. the location was great.

My wife and I had 5 nights with bed and breakfast, just before Easter season had really started. From the outset, the staff were really helpful in indicating car parking availability (anywhere on the street provided no yellow lines or blocking a garage or entrance, or in the designated parking areas near the main bus stop). On arrival, Joana provided local information and showed us to our room. We understood that the hotel had reopened the previous week after the winter hibernation and Pollenca itself was generally quiet and free from Easter tourists (but there were many cyclists!) The room was spacious and all that we needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, shower and bath fine and WiFi strong. Breakfast was excellent with a choice which suited us: cereal, yoghurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, cold meats and cheeses, coffee, omelette, pastries. Plenty of restaurants, within 5 minutes walk, for lunch and/or evening meal and a nice ice cream parlor in the square for a cheap dessert! Would definitely recommend to others who prefer small, quiet, more intimate hotels (7 rooms). Thankyou. Stuart & Sarah

The staff at hotel Juma could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning so they gave us a tray with fruit, croissants and thermosflasks with coffe in the room as the breakfast room would not be open. There is no parking in the center of town so a bit of a walk from the carpark. Our stay was before high season but still plenty going on in the town.

Wonderful staff, wonderful location, maybe my favourite town in all of Spain. very nice air conditioned rooms with lots of space. Good breakfast with wide variety of food. Highly recommended.

Hyggeligt hotel. Rigtig pæne og rene værelser i gammel stil. Solterrasse på taget. Beliggenhed er super, lige på det gamle torv, med flere spisesteder. Morgenmaden er lækkert. Kommer gerne tilbage.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Hotel genossen. Sehr individuell und die Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowohl vom Hotel, als auch vom angeschlossenen Restaurant waren vorzüglich, wie auch das Frühstück. Lediglich der frühe morgendliche Lärm der Glassammelcontainer-Fahrzeuge trübten unsere Urlaubsfreude etwas. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Enjoyed an 8 day stay at this well positioned hotel. Staff were excellent and the rooms comfortable with air conditioning a necessity in the August sun. Its a great place to stay to venture out to many of the northern parts of the Island although you will need a car. Parking is a problem but once you have located the public car parks which are a few hundred yards away it is OK.
