Gammalt hotellrum. Helt i sin ordning. Sängen kanske hade sett sina bästa dagar. Fantastisk vy över torget och kyrkan.

Das Mehrzimmer Appartement ist schwer erreichbar (viele steile Treppen) und hat dünne Wände - man hört jedes Wort der Nachbarn. Kanalisation roch extrem (Bad). Preis/Leistung stimmt m.E. nicht

This is one worst places I have stayed, no better than 2* hotel at 4* prices, with 1970s decor. No bar or place to sit, desk in another building, hot water that goes off, terrible access up a million dangerous unlit steps, no tea or coffee facilities, noisy early in the morning, paper thin walls, no phone, no contact with reception in the other building, TV that doesn’t work, no access to drinking water or any provided, drains that stink, unsafe electrics, no parking - just municipal parking miles away. This is not accurately described on hotels.com - which is probably the biggest problem - and many many fake reviews. 3 nights was 3 nights too many. This was a terrible stay - the worst. I feel embarrassed I’ve made my wife stay here. I was on to hotels.com in the middle of the first night but they couldn’t / wouldn’t do anything and no one at the hotel was available.

Wonderful location and warm, friendly staff. A charming find! I hope to come back.

Beautiful, old, Art Nouveau hotel in the main square of Soller. Really comfortable room, large bed, good air conditioning and big bathroom with highpowered shower. Even though we were overlooking the square, the room was quiet. Restaurant was excellent (we ate on the square) with helpful waiting staff. Only negative is that there isn't a lift which may be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Very nice traditional hotel in an old building in Soller. You have to pay for breakfast but it’s a great choice to eat at the hotels restaurant (10 % discount when you are guest) Be aware for where your room are, we had a room in another building at the square, and there was 55 steps to the room, no problem for us, but it can be a problem to get there. Room was nice and quiet, with a fantastic Mountain view, aircon a bit noisy. All in all a great stay.

The staff was the best and willing to help all the time!

Sheets were dirty, horrible mattress, it says they have parking but we got there and their lot was full. All in all a so-so experience. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had seen it prior.

The penthouse apartment is a joke! Absolutely shocking property with ice cold and smelly bathroom. Need to climb 3 stories in an old dark building.

Overall it was fine. I didn't like the fact that I had to climb stairs and that there was a bathtub in the bathroom, as it's not really necessary and I think it's outdated. The restaurant is very good, but it didn't serve breakfast.

We had a really nice stay! Super friendly and service minded staff, they did their best to support us when we had questions and when we wanted to pre book taxis. Great location in the middle of Sóller, with a bunch of restaurants just outside the hotel. Even though it was central, it was super quiet during the nights. Thank you!

Very kind people and location is excellent

La posizione è il punto forte di questo hotel. Di fronte alla piazza principale di Soller (placa constitutio), dove c'è la cattedrale di San Bartolomeu e il tranvia che va al porto e a Palma. L'hotel è old old style, non c'è l'ascensore e per andare in camera al secondo piano si usa una rampa di scale. In camera è tutto antico-vecchio, anche le prese elettriche. Il letto non è comodissimo e fa rumore ogni volta che ti muovi, i cuscini sono piccoli e troppo bassi. Il bagno ha la vasca, un piccolo set da bagno e un phon piccolissimo dove è difficile asciugare i capelli corti, figuriamoci quelli lunghi. Non mi è piaciuto, ma ciò che mi ha fatto arrabbiare è stata la serratura della porta. Dall'interno non si chiudeva e se si chiudeva era quasi impossibile aprirla. L'ho fatto presente la mattina ma non hanno fatto nulla per aggiustarla. Ho dovuto dormire con la porta aperta. Il costo è esorbitante 160€ a notte senza colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo

Very average experience. The fan in the room didn’t work at all so it got very hot at times. There were no amenities really to speak of like coffee
