Great location!

一般般的住宿品質

入住馬上發現地板有一個已經拆開使用過的保險套，有點驚人!除此之外的地方清潔都沒有問題，甚至可以說是連角落跟牆壁都很乾淨沒有發現其他毛髮，床單等等也很乾淨。櫃台人員態度不錯，有馬上處理保險套的問題。地理位置絕佳，搭車逛街都非常方便，CP值很高，房間略小，沒有桌子，淋浴間很小，浴室有管線的味道，床沒有不舒服但是被子是一條很薄的被單，所以睡覺的時候很常被冷醒，並沒有睡得很安穩。

A pretty good hotel . Location is close to Casamila(La pedera). All staff is very friendly and helpful.

Easy to check in, and the best help from the reception when i need. Great roof for relax, should be must better at Spring season.

I liked staying here! Love the location, the staff were nice. And the room I stayed in was spacious, and looks they had a nice public terrace. Highly recommend if you're on a budget but want to stay in Eixample and be near Casa Batllo.

La magnífica ubicación y todo en general

３ベッドルームとリビングでしたが、エアコンはリビングと1つのベッドルームにだけでした。

The rooms were small and minimal but clean and functional. The temp was fine (the weather was quite cold when we visited) and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean but smaller than expected. Staff was helpful, especially the man that was at the front desk the day we arrived. Appreciated the free water bottles. Location was excellent.

Een heel fijn hotel met hele behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie. De kamer was heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook is het hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Kortom een aanrader!

Air conditioning not working, very warm through the night! Otherwise very happy

This a nice hotel, 1 min from passieg de gracia and shopping. The room was nice, clean and the check in experience was smooth. However, the room A/C was not working and it was unbearably hot in the room despite being the first week of November. Management assured it would be ok soon but had to spend the night in a hot room. Water was leaking from the shower door probably from lack of caulk. Other than that it is a nice hotel in a nice location.

Location is amazing, right in the heart of major shopping district and major tourist attractions. However, we noticed the Hotel cleaning staff were not that great they used to not clean or replace our coffee mugs and plates. Had to purchase our own dishwasher liquid to clean our plates and mugs that was little unexpected from a hotel.

The staff were amazing. When we arrived the man at the front desk gave us a rundown of all the things to see and do and helpful tips about getting around. I loved having someone there 24/7 to help us. The apartment was perfect. It was clean and the layout was awesome for the six of us. It was the best place that we stayed at on our vacation to Portugal and Spain. It was close to everything yet seemed tucked away. We would go back and stay there again.
