地點交通方便，櫃台服務很好，我這次住宿兩日最後一天要趕早班火車，櫃檯還貼心幫我準備早餐讓我帶著到車上吃，很貼心的服務。

Price is good, so I won't expect too much. The hotel provides what you pay, everything is OK, not bad.

No parece para nada un hotel de 4 estrellas. Es anticuado y da la sensación de estar en los años 70. El servicio de desayuno buffet deja mucho que desear. Falta variedad y sobretodo calidad. El personal es de 10. Son amables y diligentes

The staff is stellar in attending to their guests needs. Always helpful, kind, and welcoming. The breakfast is possibly one of the better ones I have enjoyed on this trip. I came in near the end and the dining room manager kept asking if I wanted more food as he was breaking down the buffet. I felt like I was having breakfast in the home of a beloved relative. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Probably smaller than most Americans would be used to. However big enough to adequately attend to your basic travel needs. The rooms furnishings are beginning to show a bit of wear, so hopefully a renovation will be happening soon. For a sole traveler, I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a popular tourist area. It was very clean and comfortable, with shops and historic landmarks just a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was that the air conditioning cooled only one room, resulting in uneven temperatures between the two rooms.

Evening staff was really really nice , kind , helpful and friendly. I have stayed in more than 500 hotels in my life but the way he ( I forgot to ask his name ) explained me and planned my Garnada trip was super excellent.

Although most aspects were good, the quality of the Wi-Fi was particularly disappointing, as was the fact that there were no English speaking channels on the TV.

I really liked how central the location of the hotel was

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit 4 Betten (Familie mit 2 Kindern), genügend Stauraum für alles. Betten eher weich aber bequem. Zusätzliche Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. WC/Bad sauber und i.O., WLAN mehrheitlich stabil. Frühstück und Parkmöglichkeiten wurden nicht genutzt. In unserm Fall sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

This property is along a main route, the bedrooms are adequate and clean, we had four adults sharing room so it was tight. The rooms are small no natural direct light. Great for a short stay with no frills.

Great hotel. We had an amazing stay. Location is great. Staff was very friendly. The hotel had great style, but some stuff looked like it had seen better days. Can still warmly recommend.

Charming clean hotel walkable to shopping restaurants and attractions

It was a walking distance from the city center (apprx. 12 minutes) and souvinour shops (7-8 min.) etc. El Hambra took appx. 20-25 minutes by foot. Clean place and good breakfast. Single rooms are small, but if ypu are not going to spend much time in the room, then it is OK. the best sides of the hotel was the location (as I like walking but located somewhere that you can get back and out to/from hotel during the day when needed) and the breakfast.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, andando se tardan 10 minutos al centro. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña para tres en la que tenías que saltar por las camas para llegar al baño, habiendo pagado 85€ /noche así que la llegada fue deprimente pero menos mal que en recepción fueron muy amables y nos cambiaron la habitación, mucho más amplia y donde pudimos descansar por la noche cuando llegábamos de andar y recorrernos la ciudad. Hay que tener en cuenta que el parking hay que pagarlo aparte pues en la web de hotels.com no aparece con claridad este extra.

The people were nice though. Bathroom door didn’t close, they couldn’t fix it. No tea or coffee, No long mirror, Very basic. But good location

Bueno la experiencia ha sido buena pero hemos pasado frío porque es un hotel que pone la calefacción a las 8 de la tarde y la paga las 10 y ya me lo digas encendido

Convenient location on Av. de la Constitución - 10 minutes walk from train station and 15 miutes from centre of Granada, but limited dining in the area.
