The staff is excellent. They do the best they can with limited resources. The room looked ver cheap. No good heating (during winter???). No hot water several days due to boiler problems.. seriously? During the winter? The breakfast was great.

La camera era troppo piccola, la localizzazione era perfetta, ma non si riesci a dormire per conto del rumore della strada. Il rumore va dalla 23:00 fino alle 06:00. Non consiglio.

Avoid! Incredibly misleading photos on Expedia. This hotel completely misrepresented the room from what it looks like in reality. The room was miniscule. The bathroom equally so and in poor condition. No amenities. The hallway smelled like sewage. The bed was uncomfortable. We ended up leaving after the first night because it was horrible of a place. And on top of that, they charged us $1,100. Do not waste your money with this garbage hotel. Expedia should delist this hotel from their site.

Good hotel at the center of Madrid but in a very noisy street. Fridays and Saturdays could be noisy or fun, depending what are you looking for.

Súper accesible para moverse a cualquier parte muy céntrica de todo caminando mucho ruido por ser el centro muy cerca de antros el personal del restaurante muy amables pero no cuenta con plancha las habitaciones!!!

Hôtel parfait: personnel d’accueil quelle que soit l’heure très aimable et efficace ; personnel de service du petit déjeuner très sympathique et efficace ; propreté des chambres et sdb impeccable…lit fait chaque jour, serviettes changées.. L’hôtel est tellement central et bien placé que l’on ne peut pas demander un calme de campagne…

Excelent location, rooms on the side of too small! Very walkable area and connected to public transportation.

Arrived on the day of the power outage. Unable to access elevator. Staff was very helpful with getting luggage up to fourth floor. Breakfast was always very plentiful and varied. Especially like the fresh orange juice. Our room was a very awkward shape which made maneuvering around the bed difficult. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway and elevator.

Excelente ubicación

The hotel’s location was excellent-just a short walk to the historic part of the city. Both the breakfast and service were great as well. However, the major downside was the extreme noise and loud music that lasted until 3-4 AM every night. Since the hotel is located on a corner surrounded by nightlife and entertainment venues, it was nearly impossible to get any sleep. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep until around 4 AM each night of our stay. Perhaps it is more suitable for younger travelers without children.
