Terrible bed. Bath in bad condition . Good atention from reception. Overall we will not return.

La ubicación muy bien a unos pasos de la playa, hay un supermercado y tiendas para comprar muy cerca. El hotel es un poco viejo y el aire acondicionado necesita enfriar más, pero para descansar está aceptable.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está situado en una avenida que hay de todo, cerca de la playa . El personal siempre atento. - Aire acondicionado ruidoso y la ducha

El colchón de la cama horrible, la limpieza pasaban con la fregona y no barrían los pelos, la mampara de la ducha mohosa, necesita una reforma bastante grande. Se oía a la gente de al lado, y las limpiadoras desde bien temprano en los pasillos hablando

This hotel has seen better days. Upon entering the dark lobby, passing an empty “bar” with a blaring TV, we were checked into a 2nd floor room that was totally devoid of any charm whatsoever. Only furniture was a bed, 2 small nightstands, and a small desk and chair. Really no place to set suitcases. Burned out light over the bed and dimly lit in general. TV was about 19” across with a defective remote control (weak battery?). Bathroom lighting was also poor with no space to set toiletries. Tub/shower surrounded by curtains that did nothing to prevent water from hitting the floor. Toiletries provided consisted of 2 small foil packets with shampoo and 2 for bath gel, plus a minuscule bar of soap. Breakfast was offered for 7E starting at 7:30 but was not set up at that time, so we passed. There is a very nice bakery just next door though. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, and close to the bus stop to downtown Malaga.

Dark and dingy. Fine if you’re spending your day at the beach and only using it to sleep.

El hotel un poco anticuado, el personal amable

Lo mejor el personal. Se nota viejo y necesitado de remodelar. La zona es muy buena con playa cerquisima y restaurantes.

Soggiorno piacevole

Everything in this hotel is very old. The bed was the most uncomfortable ever I could not sleep all night! The air conditioner is very old! The rooms need total renovation. I believe they choose who stays in which room depending on which company I booked thru. The front office staff are wonderful and very accomodating and helpful.

Røyklukt og dårlig hygiene.

Fing damit an das die Fernbedienung für die Klima fehlte. Nach erhalt einer Reserve Fernbedienung konnte die Temperatur nicht eingestellt werden. Wie peinlich. Die Matratzen waren soooooo schlecht (federkern) das ich Topper bei Ikea kaufen musste. Nachttisch löste sich aufund das Bad ein Albtraum. Im Bad gab es kein Wasserdruck beim warmen Wasser. Einige Tage gar kein warmes Wasser. Spiegel wurde seit Monaten nicht geputzt, schimmel am Badewannenrand. Man stellte sich die frage ob das Zimmer überhaupt geputzt wurde, roch nur nach Luftreiniger. Bettzeug hatte brandlöcher, da stellt man sich die frage wo her? Im Zimmer ist rauch verbot. Der Empfang wurde von 3 Personen besetzt. Die Dame und ein Herr waren sehr hilfsbereit nur der eine oh lala. Die unhöflichkeit in Person. Nach einigen beschwerden wurde einfach gesagt "er ist so". Denkt bitte dran "Spanier sind von Natur aus laut und so war es im Hotel. Es wurde überall gespostet das man auf andere gäste rücksicht nehmen soll. Naja nach 2 Uhr morgen wurde es leiser. Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Todo correcto y entorno precioso

First when we arrived (10pm) we didn't fiund anyone in the reception and it was too dark and scary, and then aftet 10 min of shouting calling anybody a man appeared with gloves in his hands (we thought that he was killing someone :0) then we have accomodated to our room to found a very poor room and AC not working even aftet we found the RC in the reception. So the man decide to change the room, we found a little insect on the floor once we entered, but the AC was wirking there, although it was too noisy we accept the room, but unfortunately the surprises did not end. The shower was broken with too wrak water pressure, toilet flush was not working.. and we decide to leave once the sunrise. By the way, there was a neighbour to our room knoking thw wall once we talk a little bit aloud as if he is with us on the bed. It was really a terrifying experience.

Very well located la Cala is a quiet area Very clean and helpful staff

Nous avons été mal accueilli par le réceptionniste dès notre arrivée. Il nous a dit d'attendre d'un ton très froid et pas agréable. Ensuite pour nous indiquer le chemin à suivre pour aller à notre chambre, n'était pas le bon. Nous nous sommes débrouillé par nous même.

Es un hotel algo viejo, las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, pero al precio que pagamos cumplió su función con creces y además está muy bien situado.

This place was probably good in the early 70's, needed a refurb by the 80's and needed rebuilding in the 90's. In 2024 it's way past it's sell/by date

Det är en bra länge nära bus och lätt att åka till stan.
