The hotel near Atocha train station. Line 1 metro station Estacion del Arte entrance near the hotel gate, but no lift, only one minute on foot The hotel with lift, good for traveller with heavy luggage. Room is small but clean

While the hotel itself is not bad and its location is a clear advantage, the service from the staff, especially at the front desk, was a major disappointment. They were rude and unfriendly, and at one point even said, "You shouldn't expect service from a two-star hotel. If you want service, go to a five-star hotel." Such a response is unacceptable. Regardless of a hotel's star rating, the level of service might differ, but friendliness and basic courtesy should always be a given.I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There are many other options nearby that offer a much more pleasant experience, whether they are also two-star hotels or even more affordable. If you want your trip to be enjoyable and filled with good vibes, look elsewhere.

地點很方便，環境乾淨，因為廁所沒有提供任何盥洗用品，所以要自行準備

Aunque era diciembre y con mucho frío en Madrid, en la habitación había mucho calor debido a la calefacción. Ésta no se podía apagar o regular por lo que, mi mujer y yo optamos por abrir las ventanas incluso de noche.

La habitación estaba impecable y el personal del hotel ha sido muy amable, siempre al pendiente de las preguntas y pedidos de los huéspedes

La calidad del servicio por parte del personal de recepción (mañana) fue muy mala, muy poco atento e incapaz de ayudarme a resolver un problema, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no sirvio

Most comfortable bed and pillow I’ve ever slept on while travelling. Room was dark and quiet. Small fridge, but no kettle. Hotel staff, reception and cleaners were friendly, greeting me with a hello each time.

The room was in good condition. Not much on the complementary side, no water bottles, no shampoo, conditioner, bar soap. The bathroom had hand soap dispenser, shower gel dispenser only. Location is great, just need to make guest feel welcomed.

Todo muy en orden, la vista de mi habitación muy bonita, mucha limpieza y amabilidad del personal.

Excelente ubicación. El personal siempre amable. Habitaciones limpias. Algo de ruido en la calle, pero fuera de eso, todo muy bien.
