The hotel near Atocha train station. Line 1 metro station Estacion del Arte entrance near the hotel gate, but no lift, only one minute on foot The hotel with lift, good for traveller with heavy luggage. Room is small but clean

While the hotel itself is not bad and its location is a clear advantage, the service from the staff, especially at the front desk, was a major disappointment. They were rude and unfriendly, and at one point even said, "You shouldn't expect service from a two-star hotel. If you want service, go to a five-star hotel." Such a response is unacceptable. Regardless of a hotel's star rating, the level of service might differ, but friendliness and basic courtesy should always be a given.I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There are many other options nearby that offer a much more pleasant experience, whether they are also two-star hotels or even more affordable. If you want your trip to be enjoyable and filled with good vibes, look elsewhere.

地點很方便，環境乾淨，因為廁所沒有提供任何盥洗用品，所以要自行準備

Rooms are not large, but enough for a short stay. Service is polite and responsive. Location is great. No ramps for rolling your bag, which I found weird. They’re renovating, so I guess they’ll take care of it.

Excelente. O hotel é antigo, mas 100% funcional e confortável. Perto do metro e trem. Alem de muitas opções de restaurantes. Dá para ir andando a todos os pontos turísticos.

La habitación era grande y espaciosa, tenia vista a la calle principal. Contaba con amenidades tales como TV, frigobar, secadora de cabello, caja fuerte. El aire acondicionado no era tan eficiente y se tornaba muy ruidosa la habitación cuando limpiaban las habitaciones contiguas. Se fue la luz al utilizar la secadora, aunque resolvieron el problema en pocos minutos.
