Staff very helpful. Lovely and good value breakfast. Hotel has lots of charm, although a little dated. AC is a wall unit which was not very effective. Lovely outdoor and indoor spaces to lounge and play games . Quiet street.

La insonorización es inexistente. Escuchas TODO lo que pasa en las habitaciones, pasillo, escaleras y calle. No hay ascensor. La cama y las almohadas son muy incomodasas. Lo positivo: el desayuno es espectacular (lo mejor), la amabilidad del personal, estética del hotel estilo casa modernista y localización.

De gamle autentiske lokaler var en oplevelse i sig selv, skal alt være moderne og nyt, er dette ikke stedet for dig, men kan du glæde dig over et lækkert gammelt Hotel, er stedet et god valg.

Lovely staff, gorgeous hotel, great location

Teleurstellend verblijf deze keer. Kamer 3 was koud door slecht werkende verwarming en warm water was na 5 minuten douchen op. Jammer.

Nice hotel with simple cosy rooms. No luxury but soulful.

Tenia reserva en hotel medium renaixanca, lo qual tiene habitaciónes grande con escritorio! para trabajar, y dispone de hervidor de agua para hacer un café/té. Por desgracia el hotel cambió (sin aviso) la pernoctacion a hotel medium romantic, lo qual no tiene esas qualidades mencionadas.

Fijn hotel met een perfecte ligging in het centrum, zonder drukte of lawaai. Snelle check-in en heel vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader

Small room, no staff around

Las instalaciones son preciosas con un estilo unico “romantico” que hace la estadia una experiencia maravillosa. Los empleados son super amables y el desayuno es una sensacion de diferentes sabores que hace especial empezar el dia !!! Super recomendado !!!

The hotel has a real challenge with its door system. As the hotel lays detached to the reception, you have to go to another hotel to fix your room card. In the end we were so annoyed that we got a normal key to at least be able to enter the main door without having the feeling to gamble. It feels like you are a bit forgotten in this annex. Which is really sad because we like our stays in the Medium group before. In addition you will not get the same treats like in the main house (like pastry next to the coffee machine). The coffee machine was in fact dangerous as you felt the electricity when you were touching the metal.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, and for the price we paid, we really couldn’t complain. There was always plenty of hot water for showers, even for two people, which was great. However, one frustrating issue we experienced was with the room keys. They frequently deactivated, and after coming back in the evenings, we often had to walk up all the stairs only to find the key wouldn’t work—then wait for someone to let us in. We did make sure to keep the keys separate from everything else to avoid this, but it didn’t seem to help. Despite that, it’s a fabulous hotel overall, and I would definitely stay here again—though next time I’d probably book a room in the main Romantic hotel building.

Super lage

It was a great stay apart from the bathroom which had a shower over a high sided bath which is not good for someone with arthritis

Vackra rum och sköna sängar, bra frukost. Hade dock kontaktat hotellet otaliga gånger för att försäkra oss om ett rum med två sängar och terass ej bottenvåningen. Blev placerade på nedre botten i ett trångt rum och "terassen" var de hörna av innergården. Enligt en sur kvinna i receptionen kan man inte boka rum på första våningen med terass. Vi fick byta rum efter två nätter (av fyra). Dåligt med tanke på att vi bokade och betalade minst tre månader innan vistelsen. Dessutom var det tredje gången vi bodde på hotellet. Blir nog ingen fjärde gång tyvärr om man inte kan få det man efterfrågar.

I loved the charming period hotel with lots of details. The location could not be better. The breakfast was outstanding, especially with the outdoor garden area. Be aware that this is a couple of historical houses and not everything is in one building. There are no elevators and the friendly staff is not always available to help with luggage. The wi-fi was terrible. Slow and spotty at best, and there are very few outlets, and no power strips. But I really disliked the DATA HARVESTING to get into the wi-fi. There's no need for DOB, gender, etc. just to get into wi-fi.
