Hervorragende Lage, tolles Frühstück, bequemes Bett, freundliches Personal, kein 08/15 Hotel!

The hotel has a real challenge with its door system. As the hotel lays detached to the reception, you have to go to another hotel to fix your room card. In the end we were so annoyed that we got a normal key to at least be able to enter the main door without having the feeling to gamble. It feels like you are a bit forgotten in this annex. Which is really sad because we like our stays in the Medium group before. In addition you will not get the same treats like in the main house (like pastry next to the coffee machine). The coffee machine was in fact dangerous as you felt the electricity when you were touching the metal.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, and for the price we paid, we really couldn’t complain. There was always plenty of hot water for showers, even for two people, which was great. However, one frustrating issue we experienced was with the room keys. They frequently deactivated, and after coming back in the evenings, we often had to walk up all the stairs only to find the key wouldn’t work—then wait for someone to let us in. We did make sure to keep the keys separate from everything else to avoid this, but it didn’t seem to help. Despite that, it’s a fabulous hotel overall, and I would definitely stay here again—though next time I’d probably book a room in the main Romantic hotel building.

Super lage

It was a great stay apart from the bathroom which had a shower over a high sided bath which is not good for someone with arthritis

Vackra rum och sköna sängar, bra frukost. Hade dock kontaktat hotellet otaliga gånger för att försäkra oss om ett rum med två sängar och terass ej bottenvåningen. Blev placerade på nedre botten i ett trångt rum och "terassen" var de hörna av innergården. Enligt en sur kvinna i receptionen kan man inte boka rum på första våningen med terass. Vi fick byta rum efter två nätter (av fyra). Dåligt med tanke på att vi bokade och betalade minst tre månader innan vistelsen. Dessutom var det tredje gången vi bodde på hotellet. Blir nog ingen fjärde gång tyvärr om man inte kan få det man efterfrågar.

I loved the charming period hotel with lots of details. The location could not be better. The breakfast was outstanding, especially with the outdoor garden area. Be aware that this is a couple of historical houses and not everything is in one building. There are no elevators and the friendly staff is not always available to help with luggage. The wi-fi was terrible. Slow and spotty at best, and there are very few outlets, and no power strips. But I really disliked the DATA HARVESTING to get into the wi-fi. There's no need for DOB, gender, etc. just to get into wi-fi.

El colchón es muy incómodo fue una noche horrible

El hotel bien. Pero se ha de tener en cuenta que no dispone de recepción y el check in / out se hace en otro hotel de la misma cadena y que está cerca. No tiene ascensor. El aire acondicionado bien por el calor pero hace tanto ruido que por la noche tienes que apagarlo.

Only one key for 2 people told only one available but when I offered deposit 2nd key appeared as if by magic On the return of the 2nd key was told nothing in the system to say deposit paid!!! So no money could be returned I can only find 2 explanations 1. The guy I paid 30 euros to must have kept it? 2.the person on reception (rather full of her own importance) was hoping I would leave key then she could collect my 30 euros? I eagerly await an explanation My WARNING to other guests make sure you get a receipt as fortunately I did Cleaners very noisy in the mornings The last night noise from bar just down the road music and most customers out in the street shouting did not not stop until 03.25 So avoid a room facing the street

Whilst we loved the age and charm of the hotel, having to walk to a neighbouring property for breakfast was not ideal. Only because the streets of Sitges are filthy! Dog mess, vomit and urine everywhere. Put one off eating. A very good selection of things to eat at the breakfast buffet. But I would suggest the hotel stops serving hot food - as you get it in a cold room (probably perfect in Summer) on very cold plates. Pointless. Further note - the photo's on the web description are decidedly out of date/not of the same hotel. As we checked out, I mentioned all of the above to the receptionist - who just told me to 'put it in writing'. So - here you go! Did I like it for the price - only just. Would I stay again - no.

Very outdated property. There was ants on the walls in the bedrooms which I was not happy about. Other than the good location of the property, I would not recommend it to friends and family. However, staff was good during check in.

Beautiful hotel. But for some reason check-in takes place in the neighboring building. The room is excellent, clean, towels were changed every day. But you can hear everything that happens in the hall, because of this it is impossible to sleep in the morning. My reservation included breakfast, but it was not provided. Probably breakfast was served in the neighboring hotel, but I am not ready to get up in the morning and go to the neighboring building

It's a lovely hotel with very grand rooms .... The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. I wouldn't want to stay in my particular room again (room 1) as it was right next to the main entrance to the hotel and wuite noisy withvthe door opening and closing constantly and all the people coming and going. But I would stay at the hotel again.

This was our favorite stay during our trip to Spain. It had a lot of charm, friendly staff, and very walkable but not right on the main street so it was quiet and safe as well. We would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at this hotel before and can recommend it. Central in Sitges. Close to the railway station. Lovely historic building with a nice patio. You can hear your neighbour talk through the wall, so if this bothers you - bring ear plugs. Very nice breakfast.

This hotel has a major problem it’s thé insonorisation,I could hear the conversation of the people next to me.One night I wanted to listen to the news on TV,the reception called me to say that I was making a lot of noise.I felt like in a prison, very small room and very high prices

Decor is rather eccentric and fascinating, but I had room one next to the main entrance and it is Quite noisy with people coming in and out all through the night, Also, the window blinds did not shut properly so it’s not terribly private at night, but I have to say it is very good value for money and Alex on reception was really nice man
