Victor at Reception was especially kind in accommodating my luggage in storage as I arrived early. Great location near Roman theater, restaurants, shops, and cathedral. Room is perfect for one person with equally spacious bathroom. Elevator was very helpful. Great value and near a Carrefour.

Location was good - on edge of historic centre. Rooms not as good as expected.

Excellent location, good rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. Good communication as we arrived after midnight and it was really clear how to access the hotel.

Todo estuvo excelente. Muy agradecidos con Víctor que nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y nos orientó de diferentes lugares para comer y lugares que podíamos visitar y explorar. Nos encantaría poder volver a visitarlos.

Very conveniently located in the city center and within walking distance from many attractions. Room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and activities. Overall it was a great stay and would love to come back again.

Staffs are approachable. Location is great. Needs at least small table in the room. The room is dusty. I dropped something underneath and saw underneath bed is dusty even the the furnitures.

Great location Good communication re checking in when reception is shut. Friendly guy on reception Comfortable bed. Booked large double. Room was small but we were only there one night. We arrived after midnight and there was zero water pressure. No hot water which can sometimes be expected but a dribble of cold. Fortunately it wasn’t the summer! All was fine in the morning. We were on the top floor ( the roof) which was accessed by a lift only , no stairs. Fire exit situation did concern me.

Avantages : Accessibilite, emplacement, grand lit plutôt agréable, douche grande et pratique. Defauts : Chambre petite, brosse des toilettes pleine d'excrements, eau du robinet au gout douteux.

Fick en vindsvåning längst upp med 2 våningar med endast träpanel som tak i sovrummet. På natten blev det väldigt kallt och värmen från luftkonditioneringen räckte inte till att värma upp rummet. Fick sova med kläder på. Toalett och nedanvåning var iskalla.

Etwas lauter am Wochenende, weil ich zur Straßenseite hin mein Zimmer hatte aber ansonsten war alles perfekt. Bisschen sauber hätte es schon sein dürfen aber es war jetzt nicht so das es unbewohnbar war

Ett mindre hotell men absolut inget att klaga på. Fräscha rum, rent och snyggt, trevlig personal. Bra läge.

Victor, war total nett und zuvorkommend. Durch Flug Verspätung konnten wir erst in der Nacht einchecken. Was überhaupt kein Problem darstellte und er uns schnell und einfach alles erklärte. Unterkunft super central im Norden der Altstadt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber leider wird auf Sauberkeit und Komfort kein Wert gelegt. Dachzimmer war an der Decke schon Schimmel und durch die Wand waren Risse und man konnte nach draußen schauen. Haare vom vormieter im Bett und Bad. Sogar auf dem abstelleck am Bett noch abgeschmierte Reste vom Vormieter. Für 1-2 Nächte nur zum schlafend in Ordnung. Ohne viel Anspruch.
