Mycket trevligt personal, fint poolområde god service

Nice hotel Staff were friendly Parking is expensive 9 euros a night. Rooms were nice

The Hotel is listed as 4 star S. On arrival, Reception areas look great. Neat and tidy. Check in staff were very welcoming. Room is shabby, grubby and looks like a butlins chalet from the 80s. Desperately requires updating to match 4 star S rating. Room so small we could not wheel our cases into space Ants everywhere so had to put our belongings back in our cases. Paid for 10 days with breakfast, but left after 2 as our patio door was wide open by a staff member, on our return on second day, leaving our passports and money at risk. We left after 2 days and paid for Air bnb for remaining 8 days which was perfect. Very disappointed. A marked difference between Reception areas and guest rooms.

Overall a very good hotel in a lovely area close to the beach. The hotel has been renovated well and to a decent standard. A few money grabs that really should not have been there with a 4 star hotel like charging for pool towels and parking. But can’t fault the team and place overall

Great staff Perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need

Lovely friendly hotel, great swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Reception and restaurant staff very helpful and chatty. Great safe parking at the rear with security barriers. Close to restaurants and the beach and sea.

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable especially the beds. The atmosphere is one of calm and tranquility. The food is excellent and the location is perfect. Just a five minute walk from the beach and not too far from shopping and restaurants. I have been there three times and will definitely be going again.

Great location and just a short walk from the marina. Lovely service and nice pool.

Access to the restaurant was not available due to large bookings for several football teams. The menu was limited and no access to the restaurant. We were not advised of this in advance. We ate out. Something I have never experienced in Spain is that they served orange squash at breakfast not juice!! You had to pay each day to rent a kettle and no tea or coffee provided. The rating sates four stars, this is not the case.

Would recommend the hotel for a quiet break but not a lot to do in the immediate area

Frokost til seks på terningen. Renhold hver dag. Meget hyggelige ansatte. Kort vei til strand. Menyen i restauranten kan bli bedre.

Great one night stay Reception staff were excellent the room was fine location was perfect for us. We didn’t book breakfast but the staff were very helpful and we had a relaxing coffee in the bar which was just what we needed. Visiting friends or family in this area? Stay here it’s perfect

Bokat familjerum, jag, min fru och vår 16-årige son. Rummet var utrustat med en bäddsoffa och med den utfälld gick det inte att komma ut/in till rummet, sängen upptog hela rummet. Bad då att få byta rum men upplystes då om att alla rum var likadana, det fanns dock en svit som ev var ledig 5 dagar senare till ett annat pris.. Så sonen fick sova i soffan utan att ha den utfälld som säng i en vecka. Telefonen på rummet fungerade inte, inte heller tv:n. Tv:n ordnade jag själv efter felsökning, hotellet kunde inget göra utan reparatör (visade sig att HDMI-port 1 där boxen satt var trasig), reparatören kom på dag 5 av vistelsen. Kassaskåpet på rummet var så litet att inte ens sonens tablet gick in och användandet kostade extra. Förvänta er inte att all personal i receptionen förstår engelska. Frukosten var som bäst ok, samma utbud utan variation hela veckan. Förutom 10 min promenad till stranden finns ingenting i närheten av hotellet. Förstå mig rätt, jag har bott på sämre hotell men då inte på ett som utger sig för att vara ett lyxhotell, det är detta inte, ett hotell i medelklass med en stjärna för mycket helt enkelt. Men med 3 stjärnor skulle du få helt ok hotell för pengarna.

Goed proper hotel. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Lekker ontbijt. En klein, maar mooi gezellig hotel. Ideaal om in deze regio te verblijven.
