Ci siamo trovati bene , bel posto vicinissimo al centro, si trova in mezzo a dei vicoli stretti ma con il navigatore lo si trova facilmente

Wir hatten einen Zweier Bett- Zimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Zustellbett. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein und eng, man hatte keine Bewegungsmöglichkeit. Im Zimmer hatten wir weder Netz noch das WLan funktionierte. Im Zimmer gibt es auch keinen Mülleimer, der im Bad sollte fürs Bad sein. Nachts waren andere Gäste sehr laut im Flur, dünne Wände, undichte Türen, kaum Schlaf. Betten haben keine richtige Bettdecken, sondern nur dünne Decken. Kissen sind unbequem. Frühstücksbuffet für den Preis kann man sich lieber draussen etwas besseres gönnen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Positiv war, dass man Regenschirm ausleihen konnte.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom was not sufficient. Dusty floors

De kamer was mooi en schoon. Het ontbijt uitgebreid en de mensen die er werken waren supervriendelijk! We hebben genoten en zullen dit hotel zeker aanbevelen

Very interesting area, close to so much. Helpful staff Bed was a little hard but ok.

The hotel was perfect, very neat and clean. We took the breakfast buffet. Had many different croissants, pastries, bread, beverages. The staff is friendly. While checking out of the hotel, they called taxi for us. Loved our stay.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. Fiquei muito satisfeita com minha estadia.

Café da manhã descrito como continental sem fruta fresca cortada ou suco fresco, pedi gelo para colocar na água e atendente nunca chegou com ele. Guardanapo de papel 1 para cada pessoa, precisei de mais e me deram só mais um , chega a ser engraçado. Sem nenhum bolo, nenhum dia Sem carinho

BE WARNED about the security of your room. Anyone can enter, it happened to us at 12:45 am when we were awoken by the rattling of our door, followed a few minutes later by a woman bursting into our room and screaming as she saw two strangers in what she thought was her bed. Extremely shocking for all of us! She quickly realized her mistake and took off but when we went to the front desk to ask how on earth that had happened all we got was confused looks and shrugs. Obviously there is a problem with the key cards, or the way that staff assign room numbers to them without first checking guest names, that someone could think our room was hers and gain access. Otherwise, the accommodations were as expected for a 3 star hotel: small room, bathroom a bit run down, bad soundproofing in the walls, very hard mattress, but good breakfast, and the best thing about the hotel is the location, close to everything by foot.

This hotel is in the heart of Santa Cruz, within it’s little charming hallway of streets, walking distance to everything you might need or want. My room was basic, but it was what I needed. There was an issue with the shower, which was quickly resolved. The staff was so helpful, they even heated up a food item I brought from outside. I loved it and would stay here again.

Fiquei hospedado oito dias, não há variedades de alimentos e os que são oferecidos são de pouquissima qualidade, uma vez que as diárias não são baratas.
