Staff really friendly, Room very clean. Just the drinks could improve. Like Orange juice could be fresh, instead of using concentrate. The room had some noisy panels that vibrates during evening ( 220) maybe it needs some maintenance or something to reduce vibrations. Food was amazing tho, just missing nuts in the morning I would say. Staff been fantastic, Osman, Mohammed, everyone very friendly.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber insgesamt sauber. Beim Bett handelt es sich allerdings lediglich um ein Metallgestell mit zwei separaten Matratzen, die sich während der Nacht leider immer wieder auseinander verschoben haben, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt hat. Für das gesamte Hotel stehen nur etwa zehn Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was unserer Meinung nach deutlich zu wenig ist. In den meisten Fällen muss man daher auf einen Parkplatz in den umliegenden Nebenstraßen ausweichen. Auch dort war es nicht immer einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel etwas älter und weniger modern, als es auf den Bildern vermittelt wird. Beim Auschecken haben wir lediglich unsere Zimmerkarten abgegeben. Leider wurde weder nach unserem Aufenthalt gefragt noch, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Auch eine kurze Verabschiedung oder ein Wunsch für eine gute Heimreise blieb aus. Für den Preis war das Gesamtpaket grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Noch einmal würden wir das Hotel allerdings nicht buchen, da es für uns letztendlich nicht ganz stimmig war.

Sembrava un ottimo 4 stelle, con tanti servizi e attività, ma l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. Check-in con quasi un’ora di attesa, nonostante fossimo puntuali, e nessuna spiegazione su servizi, orari o attività incluse. Il ristorante è uno dei punti peggiori: cibo ripetitivo e spesso riutilizzato, brioche sempre secche, cena al massimo fino alle 21:30 poi spengono le luci e chiudono tutto (ci è capitato di mangiare illuminando il piatto con il cellulare). Dress code gestito in modo eccessivo: siamo stati circondati da tre addetti perché indossavamo ciabatte e copricostume-normale dopo una giornata al mare. Due dispenser per bevande in una sala enorme, senza brocche d’acqua. Intrattenimento quasi inesistente e bar che chiude alle 23:50 (4 stelle). Sport Club pubblicizzato ma gran parte dei servizi è a pagamento (campi, attrezzature e lettini matrimoniali e prezzi non da poco). Camera discreta ma con frigo vuoto, doccia che allaga il bagno e due letti singoli uniti al posto del matrimoniale. Pulizia poco flessibile: niente riassetto richiesto nel pomeriggio e asciugamani promessi mai consegnati. Nessun parcheggio dedicato nonostante le dimensioni della struttura. Drink di benvenuto ridicolo e qualsiasi extra va pagato immediatamente, senza possibilità di addebito in camera. Struttura gradevole esteticamente, ma i servizi sono ben lontani da quelli che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. Più adatto a famiglie con bambini o pensionati, a chi non cerca un intrattenimento concreto.

Overall, this is a great hotel, but there are a few things to keep in mind before booking. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised free parking. Unfortunately, what they don't make clear is that there are only five parking spots available. If those are full, you'll have to find street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, which can be inconvenient if you're coming back late. Another issue was the air conditioning. It wasn't working properly during our stay. We reported it to the front desk, and although they said they would look into it, nothing was done to resolve the problem. Aside from those issues, we had a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, and the pool was a nice place to relax. Overall, it's a good hotel, but I think they should be more transparent about the parking situation and improve their responsiveness to maintenance concerns.

Très bel hôtel, chambre propre. Manque une cafetière dans la chambre. Piscine trop bruyante, le personnel ne calme pas les personnes gênantes. Pas de déjeuner possible, mais il n'est pas possible de manger autour de la.piscine avec des aliments achetés.

Bel hôtel, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer von der Restaurantterrasse, gemütliche saubere Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal, 2 große ansprechende Pools mit Bar und Bistro. Ruhig gelegen, nah zum Strand mit zentral zu vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Hotel war wirklich schön, und es waren ausreichen Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Je kan wel zien dat het hotel al 17 jaar oud is ongeveer. Ziwt er netjes uit vooral het dat terras met het bubbelbad enz.

Haustierfreundlich sauber spitze sehr gut !

Wir durften leider nicht wie angegeben um 13 Uhr sondern um 14 Uhr erst einchecken. Nach der Einreise nicht so erfreulich gewesen. Mussten aber selber um 12 Uhr auschecken, damit die Nachfolger PÜNKTLICH einchecken.
