Lovely hotel

Top tout était parfait

A slice of luxury! This is a boutique family friendly hotel, located near the beach and activities so much so our 5 year old loved it. Two pools, one for adults that we didn't frequent and no rushing/queueing for beds. Lovely night life for the kids with the fun fair and beach. Would definitely come back ☺️

Hotel next door is loud

Excellent hotel. Relaxing and not too busy. Pools were perfect for our stay. Good choice for breakfast. Rooms were clean and modern

A nice hotel, however this was our first holiday with our 3 month old. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, we were offered another room but without guarantee that it would be any better. The manager could offer nothing as a good will gesture & didn’t seem too bothered about how uncomfortable we were. If you book directly with the hotel check out is at 2pm, we tried to book directly but were not able to, despite this being explained we were refused a late checkout when clearly it is possible. The shower was tiny and not very practical if you have a baby, complimentary toiletries were not topped up once used. Breakfast was basic, and the same everyday. Due to the lack of compassion towards there guests particularly by a manager, don’t feel we would stay again.

It s our preferite hotel in Ibiza!

Jeg var afsted med mine 2 piger, og vi nød hotellet enormt. Skønt personale hele vejen rundt fra pool-renser, rengøringsdamerne, i restauranterne samt ved receptionen. Værelset var skønt, og vi nød at det var område for små børn og et område uden børn. Så skønt. Mange detaljer er gennemførte på hotellet og det lå virkelig godt. Eneste anke jeg har er til aftensmaden når man har bestilt halv-pension. Den er ikke videre spændende på trods af ændring i menuen til hver aften. Derudover var der lyst på gangene om aftenen og nogle gange føltes det som om at folk kom gående ind på værelset. Men altså, det er i det minimale.

Great stay… can’t fault the place, the service or the cleaning team! All were flawless. Almost minded to keep this place a secret.

Fantastic hotel in the north of the island. 2 pools to enjoy, and free yoga and pilates classes. Also, a reasonably priced bar - not so common in Ibiza!

Staff is really kind and helpfull, nice room and nice pool. Only one thing is fix the cables in the gym.

Tophotel, luxe, mooie zwembaden, fijn personeel, goed ontbijtbuffet. In diverse reviews gelezen dat de kamers gehorig zijn. Dat klopt wel, maar wij hebben er weinig tot geen last van gehad.
