I disagree with Hotels.com's 4 star rating for this hotel. Insufficient daily necessities in the room. The hot food at the breakfast buffet was poorly prepared, especially the sunny-side-up eggs. The tableware is not clean. Compared to the quality of the food, the price is a bit high. Actually, many breakfast choices nearby the hotel. The location is good. One of the receptionist was helpful.

Room in a good location, breakfast was fine however cannot be more than 3 stars as there was a horrid smell in the room, at first we thought it was disinfectant as the toilet was taped with a disinfectant sticker however the smell didn’t go away and so we had to buy an air freshener to plug in, presume it was something wrong with the drainage pipes

We loved the hotel's location, it was very easy to visit all of Seville's main sights from there. The room was spacious, and had a very comfortable bed despite the pillows being a little too soft (a choice of softer and harder pillows would have been ideal). The bathroom was big and modern and had a great powerful shower, though the towels felt as if they were made of cheap material - not great at drying and left tiny specks of fabric everywhere. Also, the bathroom had no windows and the ventilation fan didn't seem to be working which wasn't ideal (but not a dealbreaker either). Our room was in the patio, very close to the breakfast area, so we got woken up before 8 every morning by loud voices of guests waiting outside, as well as clattering of plates. The noise was the main downside but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

El hotel no es un cuatro estrellas. Está limpio y tiene muy buena ubicación pero por ejemplo hay cosas descuidadas como algún desconchón en las paredes. El desayuno es variado pero de pago, unos diez euros por persona. Eso sí,no hay ni un detalle. No tienes ni la típica botellita de agua pequeña como obsequio y los vasos del baño son dos vasos de plástico de usar y tirar. Un hotel de cuatro estrellas cuidaría esos detalles. Para mí gusto caro para lo que es.

Our AC was very loud we couldn’t use it. Switched our room for the second night but didn’t give us any credit or even offer to give us a free breakfast.

Very welcoming hotel in historic centre. All staff very helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Felt slightly letdown as inner courtyard/patio couldn’t sit in. No natural light in room.

We were on the second floor and the room was decent but there was a sewage smell that doesn’t go away the whole time we were there. The rooftop was nice with the view, staff was friendly. Overall good location but the smell was bothersome.
